This Starbucks is night and day from the ones I go to at home. The location is a bit dated, but it is clean and well decorated. There are maintenance issues like a light out in the Starbucks sign and broken fence near outdoor seating, but those are things that take time to repair.
The employees are extremely welcoming and friendly and the coffee is what you expect from Starbucks.

I come to this location frequently, but today I was highly unsatisfied with my order. I ordered two tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos with extra caramel drizzle and extra crunch and received neither. After waiting about five minutes, I expected my order to be correct, but it wasn’t. This was a big mistake.

This Starbucks feels very different compared to the ones I usually visit back home. The atmosphere here has its own vibe. While the location looks a little older or slightly dated, it’s still clean, organized, and nicely decorated inside. ☕✨ You can tell they try to keep the place welcoming and comfortable for customers.
There are a few small maintenance things that could be fixed over time, like one of the lights in the Starbucks sign being out and a section of the fence near the outdoor seating that seems broken. But those kinds of repairs usually take time and don’t really ruin the overall experience. Overall, it’s still a pleasant place to stop by, grab a coffee, and relax for a bit.

I have always loved the Olive Branch location but my experience today was terrible. When I went to place an order the lady helping me did not say a single word and just stared at me with a flat face. When it was time to pay she just tapped the card reader without a word. The name on her apron was Lanie or something close to that and she was the worst person I have ever dealt with at this location. It is always very friendly but this time, I did not feel welcome. The girl with the flower pin that made my drink also made it wrong, so the service was bad just to get a drink that was wrong. At least she was nicer than the other lady.

This may e the most inefficient place I’ve been. I don’t do this location very much bc of what I have seen. I was given a gift card. I assume online orders and drive up orders use the same line. The line blocks anyone that would want to park and go in and order. It took my near whole lunch break to get in and out. I won’t be doing that anymore. I’ll burn the gift card rather than visit this location.

I have been going to Starbucks for over 1520 years and I have to say that the quality of food has gone down. The prices have gone up. The food is half the size it used to be. The customer service is not as good as it used to be and most of the time they do listen but there’s Times when they don’t listen and they get the orders wrong

Starbucks on Goodman, next to Jiffy Lube – it’s the one with a nice restaurant area but a non-existent parking lot and people park in the Jiffy Lube lot… the picture makes me think it’s a “small box store” . With all that, they usually make my drink great and are pleasant staff ☕️

Placed a mobile order at this location and they were very busy so my pickup was delayed. They also ran out of venti cups so the venti drinks were served in trenta cups. The in store pickup and drive thru lines were both busy but the staff was friendly. I ordered a black tea, a brown sugar shaken espresso, and a kids hot white chocolate. All the drinks were good so no complaints about the wait.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. Not sure if they are short staffed, or just incompetent but if Chik fil a can get you through a drive through Starbucks should as well. Omg, it took 37 minutes to get one coffee, that’s it, one coffee. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait a long time. First time was 35 minutes, but wanted to give a second chance. Not gonna be a third chance. Top it off, girl at the window was rude. Good customer service is just a thing of the past.
