LOVE taco bell, my only complaint is that usually every time i go, i always order everything without tomatoes and they’ll still put tomatoes on it so i’ll have to get it remade it’s fine though because their food is usually spectacular. some of the employees are kind of … clueless …. but what’s it matter when the food is amazing

Awful experience starting with lady at the drive thru window going ahead and charging me for the round up charity fee without asking. After getting that taken care of found that every taco in the bag which was 5 of them were dripping with taco sauce . Just a big soupy mess and got all over my truck . Horrible wrap job. Bet way to describe it is the wax paper designed for the tech was holding together all the ingredients rather the tortilla wrap .

Placed an order online (large family order) get to the speaker box I asked if they could make the nacho fries fresh cause they are hard if not the lady then took a deep breath like it made her mad, placed another order for a 12pk of Cinnabons because I forgot to order them, get to the window gave the lady the cash for the Cinnabons and started to apologize for the long order and she just slams the window shut in my face, get home with our food and I’m missing things! Most items didn’t have any meat on them at all! They was not busy at all when we got there so I know that wasn’t the reason for the whole order to be messed up! Get home to feed my family and get my 2 yr old screaming hollering bite bite cause they didn’t give us his food! Here is a few pictures of some of the items we got!

The food at this location is constantly shrinking. The tortilla wrapper on my bean burrito was twice the size of the contents. Tacos were 2/3s empty. When brought to the managers attention. She said that is the appropriate filling size now.

Ordered almost $40 worth of food which doesn’t get you much anymore to be honest. Part of that order was a 12 pack of the Cinnabons which are almost $6.50 by themselves and were left out. When we called them about it the “woman” (acted like a child) when answered the phone was very rude and hostile for some reason when told the issue. Seems to me like she was probably keeping them for herself by the way she was acting on the phone.
