I understand it gets crazy busy in the mornings, but I ordered a decaf drink since I am pregnant and I was given a fully caffeinated drink. I haven’t ordered coffee out for fear of this and I won’t be again. It made my nausea exponentially worse, please be extra sensitive to decaf orders it can actually make a big impact on someone’s day. Thank you!

I go to this location every single morning without fail for over the last year. Rarely do I have any issues. This morning I sent my husband to get my coffee and he came home with an entire TALL cup filled with milk and a splash of coffee. I don’t even know if they even put coffee in it. I ordered a caramel macchiato which I do know has milk and sugar but this cup of milk was PURE MILK and no coffee. My cup of coffee is the color of my walls .. IVORY White! Absolutely so disgusting and disappointing especially when I needed this cup of coffee more than ever due to finding out our family has fallen into a difficult living situation and now have to find a place to live in 4 days or my husband, me and my 2 boys under 6 aren’t homeless! Thanks Starbucks for making my morning even more miserable! Also had no ice! It’s literally just milk.

I went through the Starbucks drive-thru today around 7:20 AM and was disappointed to find my banana loaf broken, with a piece of plastic trash inside the bag. REALLY?? I can’t even eat it now.

Unimpressive. Service was slow as molasses – and I showed up at 10 am. None of the staff looked happy to be there. Took almost 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and a Danish. I love paying top dollar for yuk service. Not gonna say I won’t ever be back but I will say that I will avoid it like head lice and I suggest that you do too.

Again, I’m not sure why I keep coming to this location. I asked for extra foam and I get barely any foam and the extra foam is not free!
This Starbucks used to be great, but I don’t know who’s running the show now, there’s always something wrong with my order, this time they did not put any milk in my coffee when I specifically ordered and probably paid for it too. There’s also no cinnamon powder, it’s like they didn’t even read my order. I don’t ever give bad reviews until this happens a couple of times with the place I’m reviewing. It’s disappointing, to start the day like this.
