We were on our way to Louisiana, and thankfully we found this excellent place to have lunch! Happy and very kind faces, clean, and overall delicious food! It is not an expensive restaurant, they have a big menu with many options. Kid’s menu is pretty friendly, not only the regular nuggets and french fries. The food was very tasty, and I didn’t have to eat hot because was a mexican restaurant. Love love this place!

This restaurant has decent tex-mex for the locals. We had a large group and they seated us, without making us wait. Our drinks and appetizers were quickly ordered, following our meals. Everyone in our group seemed to enjoy their food. When you are finished eating, there is a self-serve ice cream machine with cones nearby. The kids enjoyed the ice cream!

We were surprised how good everything was! The only thing we didn’t care for was the salsa but that could just be our taste buds.

Has GREAT Mexican American Food family friendly atmosphere. I’ve been eating & taking out from this restaurant for 20 years now & the Food has stayed consistently GREAT.. Also the chips & Salsa as well as the different types of Chili Con Queso are WELL KNOWN in this area. If you’re passing through You can check out the Restaurant by jumping off I-10 & going North on 2100 about a mile give or take you won’t be disappointed.

The food is amazing but the service is not very good. They always answer all your questions but the prices are not what the menu says. They also add extra fees for to go orders for each plate on top of the cost of the food itself. There’s also card fees for both debit and credit. They also never give you an itemized receipt and verbally quote you the price so ask before you order. The food is good though, especially the grilled chicken with cheese and the Jalisco plate!

The very best ‘ice cold’ beer mugs ever. Big menu and have enjoyed all the dishes I’ve tried. I always love the cheese enchiladas and typically order a side one with whatever plate I end up choosing. Service is always good and friendly.
