Idk what’s changed but they changed the way they’ve made the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it barely tastes like it has any coffee in it any more and it looks like milk with fluff on top. The drink on the left of the photo is what I’m used to getting when I order this with extra cold foam on top. This is not what I’ve been getting and when I’ve asked for it to be re done it’s been the same and I’m not going to pay $8 for a glass of milk. The people are always very nice and efficient but they do not know how to make this drink properly. The past 5 times I’ve come by it has been looking like the last pic every time even when I say something. I always tip and I’m always polite regardless but I’m not going to come here anymore if they’ve changed the recipe or something.

My drink got messed up twice, first time guess what oh well they are humans shit happens. I go back next week and my drink is made wrong again of course I didn’t take a sip until I started driving down 75 since it’s a hot drink and I wanted to drink it a little cooler. I call and talk to the manager and they apologize and tell me to come back at anytime and they will re make it-awesome! The I come back in a week on a Sunday to get it re-made and a gentlemen in there knew exactly what drink I was talking about. I stand around for 20 minutes waiting for my drink to be re-made. All while other walk ups are getting made before me, mobile and drive thru I completely understand you have to keep up with your time but why all walk ups? Am I getting punished and your mad I called and said my drink was made wrong so now your punishing me for getting a re-make and I must wait 20 minutes? We have been through the drive thru plenty of times and people have been nice but this one time really pissed me off. I was blatantly being ignored. They all saw me just patiently waiting for my drink. Yes I did ask if I can get my re-make another time because I have to get to work and I was told absolutely just let them know next time. I feel like I should of gotten “I’m so sorry about that let me re make right away for you” which makes me feel I am being punished for essentially your mess up not mine.

I’ve gone to this location many times. Definitely a favorite. Haven’t been in ages. Order needed a remake. 2/3 drinks were still made incorrectly. Staff was rude. Not sure if there’s new management or it’s been a tough shift after the holidays. Executing an order to a T is in the job description, there are dietary restrictions.

I have seen better drive though customer service recently. Sophie is always smiling and friendly at the window. It’s nice to have great customer service from her. She always gets my order perfect. There should be more staff like her

Best star bucks ever, they are caring, positive, and just really nice people there. I do enjoyed my visit from beginning to end, the team is just so professional, the environment was clean and peaceful with great vibes. Look they even put positive stickers on your drinks, who does that? Great people do that to make others feel good, thank you to the entire team at this Starbucks, you made a difference for me and sure you have for others, thanks.

I ordered ahead and when I got there my order hadn’t even been started. There were other people in line who had ordered and gotten their coffee before me. I went to the counter and the 2 blonde girls didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked if I could get a refund and she asked what it was and I said 2 mochas, she said she thinks she just made one and put 1 on the counter didnt even say anything about the other one. I had to ask another employee about my other coffee cause they were both ignoring me for some reason.

Not sure what was happening but it took me about 20 minutes to get a venti iced white chocolate mocha with no whip cream…. middle of the day on top of it.

My favorite Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and professional. The drinks are always perfect. I work remotely, so I come here a lot, and it’s always a great atmosphere to work. 10 out of 10!

Terrible experience. They were out of the holiday lattes at 3pm so I ordered a regular latte and it tasted like milk. They remade it but it still tasted mostly like milk. Very disappointed but I accepted it. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before I got my drink; they were attending to the drive through customers. Wasn’t worth my wait as my drink wasn’t made well.

Very disappointed! I’ve been coming to this location for years and was off to a rough start with my drink being made inconsistently. After a few calls to customer service magically they figured out how to make it. Today the lady who took my order gave me a hard time placing my order and when I opened my double smoked sandwich and it looked like it was tampered with.
