Been here a couple of times. A bit out of the way for us living down south but great place a scrumptious food and fantastic service.

This visit, we ordered the crab stuffed rock, peppercorn crusted steak, garlic prawns (minus the pepper flakes).

All meats were cooked to perfection. Moist and tender. I even liked the mashed potatoes, which I usually don’t. Will be back for more.

We showed up at a slow time, around 4 pm. We wanted to just order from the happy hour menu but were told we could not. We had our 4 month old with us. We paid higher prices, and our service was ignored. Our host told us that she was going to have to be our server today. That makes it sound like she was not scheduled to take our order and wait on us. The food was good, but we just felt ignored being seated away from everybody. We also ordered a non alcohol drink, and it had a bug floating in it. They did not charge us for the drink with the bug, but they did nothing else. I left kind of feeling like I over paid, and under served, and we got served a bad item.

Flavor during happy hour for 6 folks was great! I had a really great server who was attentive. We sat in the bar area on a high top table – smoky down side was being near the kitchen – so it was kind of loud.
The food tasted great! Happy hour margarita price was reasonable.
Highly recommend the Cajun tacos. Lunch combos honestly are worth the tacos + salad combo. We did not make room for dessert and also the ran out of beer on tap and could only give us cans.

Been to the Ruston location lots. Was in the area so decided to try the Renton location and they did not disappoint. Food was great as usual and service was quick and friendly. Beer selection was nice. Came in for lunch and it wasn’t crowded on a Friday. They have gluten free options. They even let us know that one of the dressings on a salad we got was made with soy sauce. So that information was much appreciated.

We decided to eat here on a whim and we were very disappointed! Can’t remember our server’s name but he was nice. The food was mid. My daughters shrimp and grits (not pictured) first came out with a strand of hair on it. But then the second plate of grits had roasted bell peppers out of a can, corn (which is weird) and the andouille sausage tasted funny. The calamari could have been cut slimmer. My fish was hecka greasy and the piece of fish was small compared to the amount of batter and it was rubbery in texture.

Food is hit and miss. We got the appetizer tower the shrimp was good and the avocado toast was amazing. However the calamari was just not my style they looked like fish sticks and all the sauce was underneath so the last 3 were just covered in sauce. My brother got the fish tacos and he said they were great. I however got the ribeye sandwich, which hand the thinnest piece of ribeye on it they must of cut one into 4 pieces . Also the ribeye had greens on which were soaked in dressing and the onions and tomatoes were burnt on the grill. My dad had the cod which he said was the best he has ever had. My dads girlfriend on the other hand had a shepards pie , but it wasn’t a shepards pie just all the ingredients for one in a bowl she didn’t like it. The best thing I did have there was the chowder it has a nice thick broth and was full of clams and salmon I liked it a lot. So I would recommend getting seafood if you go.

It was Friday around 5pm, walk-in alone. I usually get treated very coldly when I go to a restaurant solo, asking for a table. Especially Friday dinner time. This place was surprisingly cool about giving me a table, a very nice table! I asked a couple of times if they were okay. Everyone was n8ce and easy serving me solo. Rosemary potato bread is a must. I ordered Rockfish stuffed with lobster. Everything was so well presented and delightful. I ended up ordering to-go for my entire family. Thanks to the bar staff and all others, serving one person at your highest level of service. I really enjoyed the food and people there.

The food was okay. One of three dishes came out cold but our server was extremely fast in bring a completely new hot dish. Regarding flavor; just a lack of. Everything was fairly bland. I have nothing else but compliments. Staff was very attentive and kind. The facility was clean and parties were spaced very nicely. A bit loud, but that’s what I’d expect from high ceilings and hard surface flooring and seating.

Had the most delicious meal here during Happy Hour. The Seafood Fettuccine tasted fresh with lots of fish in it. My Huckleberry Collin was made perfect. The Coconut Creme Pie was absolutely delicious & surprising light. The bartender was friendly. Worth the price. There was more than enough to take home. Overall 5 stars. I will be back !

Had a great visit. There were six of us and we all really liked the appetizer tower of avocado toast with shrimp, calamari, and shrimp in a sauce that was so good. We had two which were more than enough for six adults. We also tried the fondue which was pretty good. The French onion soup had a lot of cheese and flavor. I had the Ahi salad and if you like ahi it was very fresh and had good flavor. It is heavy on the Wasabi so if you don’t like Wasabi I would pass on it. Two had the crab stuffed fish, one had a real strong fish flavor and after a bite asked if it could be switched for fish and chips which was done with no problem, I tried it and would agree it was strong. The other person who ordered it said it was really good. The prime rib sandwich got a pretty good no complaints, the shrimp and grits got a yummy rating. My husband had the prosciutto wrapped fish which again the fish was pretty fishy, I know someone may say it’s fish but a good cod is mild not a strong smell. Dessert was the cookie with ice cream pretty good the coconut cream pie had chocolate in it which was unexpected but good. The best was the creme butterscotch pudding Brule very yummy.
