I’ve been coming here for years and I’m just going to stop. The amount of times I’ve gotten a protein box and the food was only slightly edible. I went back in to replace it and when I opened the replacement I got which wasn’t even the same kind because they were out which wasn’t even their fault or maybe the lied idk, but the same result in the 2nd one. I only ate the crackers and 2 of the 3 cheeses, the fruit was not edible at all. If I’m paying about $7 for a few pieces of cheese and some fruit I would expect it to be edible.

late review, better then never. 1/8 5:11pm ive been ordering same simple coffee for yrrrs 3 locations. Its a tall, hot, blonde roast w/ the steamed cream on side. Y do i have to get steamed crm on side u wander bc a. nobody properly steams it or b. i get like a tablespoon of cream which starbck coffee requires alot more. Back to review dom rings me up for a tall hot blonde w/ breve written under it. An upcharge of .70. i ask y does my cream for coffee all of a sudden costs me .70 he (dom) says he doesnt know .. etc that its been like this for 5 mths which was how long he worked there i said so your telling me only milk is free w/ my coffee & he says yes (smh lol).. called bullshit knew mistake asked for mgr. Filled ‘Vess’ in & asked him since when do i have to pay for my creamer for coffee that sounds a little ridiculous but he went along w/ cashier stating sorry they arent always told the price changes.. goes on & on ..doesnt even bother to look at screen to see my charges just keeps proceeding to tell me that my cream costs extra so i finally tell him, (vess) that mr wrong cashier rang me up a breve.. clearly vess is feeling stupid as he just got done trying to get 70 cents more from me for having cream w/ my coffee smh. He just told cashier mistake & walked away. Wow thats how situations are handled here. Cashier fixed my total & couldnt even apologize for trying to upcharge me.. nice

blamed me for SB app allowing customers to order a drink that isn’t available anymore. felt very passive customer service “if you don’t do this it will avoid your inconvenience”. drinks are generally really good here but being told not to order from my favorites because drinks may not be available sounds like a starbucks app issue, not the consumer.

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. 3 times here and will never go back to this one! Slow service is an understatement!! Sat in the drive thru yesterday with just 4 cars in front of me for over 20 minutes for a “Hot” Cappuccino that was cold from probably sitting on the counter. Have been inside to order with pretty similar results. Parking lot is a disaster because they are so slow. Never going back to this one as there are so many much better run locations!

I come here everyday before I go to school and today, feb 13th, at 7:15 I ordered two drinks but one of them was a tall iced white mocha and added things to it and one of them was adding caramel drizzle to it and caramel line up. When the person in the drive thru window gave me my drink I noticed that I didn’t get no drizzle on it and any barely of the line up. I tried giving it back so they can add what I was missing in my drink but the women refused to take it back and said there was a line behind me. I paid extra for nothing. This is really unacceptable.

I’ve visited several locations, but this one truly stands out. From the moment I walk in—almost every morning—I’m greeted with such a great atmosphere. There’s a welcoming energy that sets a positive tone for the rest of my day.

I’d especially like to recognize one of your employees, Gaby. When she’s on the floor, particularly making drinks, she never fails to acknowledge me with a warm smile and a cheerful “Good morning” using my name—which is not only impressive but also deeply appreciated. More often than not, my order is already ready by the time I arrive. But even when it’s not, she takes the time to let me know it’s in the works. That kind of attention and care doesn’t go unnoticed.

The entire team seems to work really well together, and that’s not something you see everywhere. There’s clearly a strong sense of teamwork and pride in what they do.

Please share this message with your team—it’s well-deserved and I’m sure it will put a smile on their faces, just as they’ve done for me time and time again.
