Ordered online. Order ready when I arrived. Got home and found a rueben missing, so called. Lady (general manager) said she knew exactly where in the two bags the sandwich was. The sandwich wasn’t in the bag. She said she can’t remake or credit. She said she would have to review cameras. I was a restaurant owner for 25 years. Smart service would be to accept blame, remake sandwich or offer credit. I lost my cool. My son saved the day by driving back and was given the missing sandwich.

We received a rather rude drive thru person today, as well as some wrong food. Evidently drinks and food for a family of 5 is too much work and spontaneously turned into 18 people (??) It’s lunchtime you should be prepared and NICER!!!

This location can get busy during peak lunch hours or around 5 PM. They get the order right though and customer service is friendly and accommodating to food requests.
P.S. Curly fries are a must!

I did not get what I ordered through the drive-thru. And on top of that I had to wait 8 minutes for my food. But the upscale to that is at the one of the managers gave me a free sandwich card. But when I got home I totally had the wrong food. So I called they told me to bring it back. And then the lady that’s making a sandwiches had a terrible attitude stating she made my sandwich three times. So I asked for a total refund of my money because of her attitude so sorry Arby’s I won’t be going back to you guys for a long time customer service should be a plus
