Have come here multiple times and chose the pickup option. About 80% of the time when I go to pick it up the employees simply tell me, “oh somebody stole your order, we’ll remake it”. So not only is my order late by about 25 minutes every time, but they are letting people simply steal food on a regular basis. Not a good business strategy!
UPDATE: I went back, ordered online, when I got my bowl it was literally half empty! I could see the bottom! What a ridiculous scam. When i showed them, they said i would have to order double. Are you kidding?? You didn’t even fill it up halfway!

I’m not from the area, but we often choose Chipotle when traveling because the quality is usually consistent. Unfortunately, this location was a disappointment. I ordered a carnitas bowl and kids quesadilla with carnitas, but the meat appeared to be scraped from the bottom of the pan—it was mostly oil with very little actual meat. The portion size was noticeably small; when I asked for more meat, I was told there would be an additional charge. I also ordered a bag of chips, which turned out to be stale. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Do not go to this Chipotle during dinner time or any time after. Words can’t explain the experience my family and I had at this location. Long lines due to inexperienced staffing. The entire staff was just doing the bare minimum. This location is always out of a few key items. From the protein to the lettuce. Alway out of Guac or looks dark in color from sitting out.
This time out of napkins and Chipotle sauce with every table being dirty and nowhere to sit. Employee gave me scraps of meat to making my family wait 10 minutes for more meat. The extra shell on the side was not even warm and still hard. Much Much more things to list.

We used to love Chipotle but looks like this will be the last time we’ve ordering from this location, and especially for a takeout. They don’t care about your food and your experience. Last time they didn’t put guacamole and corn salsa for both meals. Today they didn’t put extra meat, corn salsa, and for guacamole we got half avocado for both meals which were not fully peeled and not eatable as it was super hard. How could you not notice that you’re putting a whole chunk of avocado? No quality standards at this place. We’re disappointed.

Placed order through Door Dash – order was incomplete, but missing item was clearly listed on receipt attached to their bag and the bag was sealed with a Chipotle sticker, so very clearly not the fault of Door Dash delivery person. Tried calling the restaurant to speak to a manager, but their automated system would not connect me to a manager since the order was placed through Door Dash. Remarkably poor service and lack of concern. Order online at your own risk apparently is their motto.

I was pretty dissatisfied with my lunch at Chipotle today. I asked for a little bit of sour cream and my entire meal was covered in sour cream. I also was frustrated with the app because I was trying to use my birthday perk before it expires. They told me that the they weren’t charging me for my guac anyway, because I had the vegetarian bowl with no meat product. It wasn’t busy in there and I’m not exactly sure why someone didn’t offer to give me another side of guac. Now that perk will probably be wasted because I am not very likely to go back anytime soon. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, it gets a little loud in there at times. For those of us whose nerves are already jangled, sometimes I just can’t deal with the sound. I’m also going to say that the flavors today were definitely lacking and none of the food was piping hot. It was just disappointing.

I don’t know what has been going on at this location but the last few times I’ve eaten here the food has been terrible. The guacamole is not even mashed, I was getting full halved avocados & for what you pay for guac there that should not be the case. They are extremely stingy with portions when loading up your bowl & roll an eye when you ask for more.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is an excellent place for freshly made Tacos, Burritos, or their Burrito Bowl. I had three tacos all made differently with lime on the side and orange Sunkist to drink. You can never go wrong with Chipotle. I’ll be back!
