Agree with others that this Starbucks is very slow and service is less friendly than every other Starbucks – nice to have a Starbucks but give yourself lots of time to wait even if you preorder. So many people waiting and waiting and complaining about their wait times.

And none of the employees are smiling or friendly. The employee did not even smile or look at me when I said thank you. Needs better management and better employees.

I really like this location, big, sunny, clean. Every employee smiling and friendly. Sonja(if I am not mistaken) was at the cash register, very good customer service. The food (egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich) was very good as well as coffee cake.

I work DoorDash so to say that I see 100 different restaurants daily you know I’m telling the truth out of all the Starbucks in the Hillsborough County Florida that I’ve been to this is by far the worst when it comes to service 5 AM there was a big girl, brown hair and glasses, and five other employees, and they were the slowest most noncommunicative people I’ve ever met in my life. Duncan is right next-door. Go there instead if you’re smart.

I’ve patronized this store since it opened. I have become more and more disappointed with this store over time that today motivated me to write a rare awful review.

Design is horrible because drive through traffic eliminates the ability to park at the establishment, and as someone whose disabled, what’s the point of having disabled spaces when poor traffic engineering makes them impossible to use.

Staff is polite and they try, so kudos to them for working hard. With that said, if staff is nice but the service stinks then the problem is up the change.

The last several visits have been horrible. All orders were for pickup using the mobile app. 10-15 minutes drive and orders still weren’t ready, even today when lobby was almost empty. Next, staff works individual drinks and not tickets. What that has meant is drinks come out separately.

Depending on what you order and how slow they are the first drink isn’t fresh by the time the last drink comes out.

This stores operating protocol needs to be reviewed because visiting this store is a frustrating nuisance.

I have been a loyal starbucks patron for 20 years. This is the worst location I have ever frequented. Its the only one in this area so I don’t have another option and it only gets worse over time. The baristas don’t prepare the drinks well and their customer service is terrible. This location needs serious improvement.

Extremely upset with this location. They use way too much ice for iced coffees. I barely even had any coffee in my cup! I drank it in like 5 sips it was gone! For $7 cup of coffee I would expect more coffee… I guess I should’ve asked for light ice but other Starbucks I’ve been to have never used this much ice in their ice coffees, it was my first time at this location. Disappointed but the coffee was good. Ask for light ice for your next ice coffee from this location!!

I asked Max for the Strangers Frapuccino, which we found out it’s still not available in the U.S. however she offered to recreate it. Between Max and Jose checked what this beverage is and made it to perfection. Thank you guys, the drink came out amazing and your service was beyond excellent. You guys rock!

Surprised to see these low reviews. Place is clean as a whistle with ample seating and workers greet you with a smile. The drinks are consistently good and prices are competitive when compared to local cafes’ specialty drinks.

This might be the worst starbucks ever. Given it multiple chances, but they always take forever to make drinks. You can put a mobile order in with a 10 minute wait, show up after 15, and still wait in line for another 20 with 4 cars in the line in front of you. Their capacity has to be something like 15 cars an hour through the drive through and it makes no sense. The Starbucks on Big Bend is 1000x more efficient, don’t giving this one chances.

I’m very curious on how everyone gets trained to work here or if management is even working? When there is no one inside and only 4 cars in the drive through, why am I waiting 20 minutes for coffee? When I finally get to the window everyone is moving like snails, no motivation to move quickly. No one telling the employees to hurry up. At 7:45 am most of us are on our way to work and it would be nice if our time was respected. I usually wait 5 minutes and if no cars are
Moving I settle for Dunkin’ next door.

Update: I think the morning shift has gotten better they have some all stars but afternoon has only gotten worse. I sat in the drive-through waiting to order for six minutes until I had to say hello? And someone said will be right with you… I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and what I got was absolutely disgusting. For five dollars I got a soggy wet not even thoroughly cooked ham and cheese croissant. How hard is it to do your job correctly? Especially when there’s three people inside and only one person ahead of me a line. It seemed like they were having a lot of fun in there and didn’t care about the customers at all. I was starving and on my way to run errands I didn’t have time to go back and ask for them to do it correctly.
