Great wine selection! The lady working there gave good advice on the wines. We loved her selection for our Christmas Eve dessert wine. Small selection of cheese and some boxed candies as well. Less than a mile from the I-81 exit. It’s worth the stop for wine lovers.

(Take a look at the picture and what he said to me and how he spoke) I was not going to say anything as this happened a year ago. I have never wrote a negative review in my life. Tend not to try and hurt someones business, but this one deserves it.
But the owner, I just saw it, decided to go to the company I work for and write a review on their Google. Not sure if he was trying to get me fired or what, but way out of line. His review was “Colin Riesman purchased products from our business then filed a chargeback because he lacked the follow through of sitting home and having UPS bring him a package. I can’t speak on 18 Capital, but if they employee people like this it is probably not a good thing”. Talk about unprofessional. The owner has a problem. STAY AWAY!!!! I ordered some wine from them on 12/10/2024. There were problems with the delivery. I took two days off of work to stay home and sign for it and never showed up. That’s not on him, but what happened after is. We emailed back and forth. Here is his response. Great way to treat customers.
Seems like this guy has a lot of problems with other people/companies. Multiple negative reviews because his hotel room didnt have a coffee put and his butler didnt come up quick enough. Or how important he is with diamond status and didnt get a late check out.

Timeless is not what I would call it. I ordered an old vintage yes, but what I received should never have been listed for sale. It had a rusty and leaking capsule. One third of the wine was gone due to seepage. Completely unsafe to drink. Then when I filled a case in PayPal they became very rude and accused me of trying to steal the order! Very unprofessional!

Quint wine shop with a large selection of different wines. The sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. They sold unique cheeses also. It would be nice if they could do tasting events (just a thought).

I have always enjoyed coming here, as I visit the area often… However, I was intending to bring back a local wine as a thank you gift for a friend. The Trump wine was recommended as a local fan favorite but after researching my purchase, I realized it is neither a local winery, nor does this year have good reviews. I attempted to return or exchange and was told neither were possible. I certainly feel like the recommendation was off and I’m very disappointed with my purchase and service.

Was passing through on a roadtrip and was looking for a specific Virginia wine and Phillip was the best! Extremely helpful and social and helped my mom and myself load our car up, we will definitely make an effort to visit this store again!

My wife and I came across this shop last spring and were pleasantly surprised. The owner travels the world finding the best wines of the region and imports them here. He is very knowledgeable on all of the wines he has because of this. There were numerous wines that I have never seen before at other shops. The selection blew us away and they also have an online store so we have them ship us new wines every month. This place is truly a great stop if you are in the area or order online.

I have to share my thoughts on Timeless Wines located in Middletown, VA. It is a very sweet and cozy local wine store, they also carry a irresistible great selection of gourmet cheese and chocolates too. They offer a large variety of imported and VA wines for in store pick ups in addition to a larger wine selection online, I enjoy sending family and friends wine as gifts, my online orders are always packed & shipped with great care, assuring my wine order arrives in a timely manner and in perfect condition, every time. I appreciate the way Timeless Wines always offers such great customer service and product knowledge, wether I visit for a in store pick up, or I shop their online store, they are always very helpful. I highly recommend this Wine store to my family and friends frequently, I encourage everyone to make time to check out this Wonderful Wine store it as it will quench your thirst for a superb tasting and a very affordable wine selection!!

This small shop has great charm and knowledgeable owners. The owner was very helpful, the wine and beer selection is good, and the prices are fair. Average wine prices here were from about $15 to $60 with others on the low end and higher end. Whatever your budget, you will find something great here.
