Drove by this place in the morning and decided to stop in for a quick try. Ordered a few things — nothing fancy, nothing dramatic, just the basics.
And honestly? That’s exactly why it works.
Everything was simple… but done right. Good coffee, solid pastries, no unnecessary “deconstructed foam reduction artisan air” nonsense. Just honest, tasty food.
Sometimes cafés try too hard. This one doesn’t — and that’s the beauty of it. Keep it simple, keep it good.
Great job. Would happily drive by again (and actually stop next time).

My son and I tried this local spot. We had the deluxe chicken Panini, and the ultimate loaded breakfast and a couple of sodas. The meal was great. I really enjoyed it and especially if you like halal food. This is the spot for you. If you’re in Surrey, which is, I think Southeast of Vancouver, British Columbia, close to Langley, I do recommend this place if you are interested in a chill atmosphere and a local mom and pop shop.

However, I honestly think the loaded breakfast bowl was not worth $20, considering the portion size.
Overall the ambiance was cozy, aesthetic & welcoming. The staffs were kind & friendly.
Highly recommend the place if you’re looking for Halal cafe.

Delicious panini, and a really good cup of coffee! Trendy interior, and a good spot for a coffee date, to study or work, or take a crew for a lunch. Cute corner spot on a stream with cute shops. My coffee however came out kinda late, even after our panini, and wasn’t so hot anymore (maybe it got forgotten) and I shoulda said something ♂️

My favourite cafe by far, an absolute hidden gem. Not only are the food and drinks delicious, the owners are the best! They are always going above and beyond to make your experience special. Has become our families favourite spot. Best sugar free caramel macchiato, the latte art is the cherry on top!

It was a fabulous experience. The restaurant is small and parking can be an issue but we had great food and amazing beverages. Definitely a return visit and it was nice to see Cloverdale along 176 returning to it’s pre pandemic state with some interesting shops.

I had the Ultimate Breakfast Plate at Elena’s Cafe and it was incredible. The poached eggs were perfectly runny and topped with a rich, creamy hollandaise sauce. The turkey bacon and turkey sausage were flavorful and cooked just right, not greasy at all. I loved the seasoned potatoes — crispy on the outside and soft inside — and the salted vegetables added a fresh, savory touch to balance the dish. Every bite felt hearty and wholesome. This is my new go-to brunch plate in Surrey. Highly recommend!
