Came here during morning peak when the store was swamped and asked for my latte in a for here mug and a barista named Nicole delivered perfection I’m sooooo freaking happy with my latte

Had a very disappointing drive-thru experience at this Starbucks (14795 S Dixie Hwy) around 3:40 PM. From the start, the tone was dismissive. When I asked about a seasonal flavor, the response was curt. When I took a moment to order, the barista said she was “going to do something else” and left the speaker.

Another employee came on and asked if I “needed help,” but the tone came across as sarcastic and condescending, as if I didn’t understand the menu. When I ordered an iced protein latte with very little ice, I was immediately told I wouldn’t get extra protein—something I never asked for. I clearly and firmly said I understood and only wanted less ice.

At the window, I addressed it directly and said, “Hey, you were kinda mean back there.” Instead of listening, she cut me off, stayed dismissive, and justified her attitude by bringing up past customers trying to get extra protein, as if that excused how she spoke to me. I used to work at Starbucks and this is not how customers were trained to be treated.

I left feeling talked down to and embarrassed, especially since I was with my father. Really disappointing experience.

I visited this Starbucks and was really impressed by the excellent service. The cashier was friendly, kind, and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The overall ambiance was calm, perfect for sitting down and enjoying a coffee at ease.
However, one thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the presence of a homeless woman at the entrance with her belongings and even some cats. She was sitting on the café’s terrace, talking on the phone, which made the space feel slightly distracting.
Despite this, the quality of service and the peaceful atmosphere make this Starbucks a great spot. I would definitely return for the great customer service.

The servers here are always friendly and work hard to get your order done quickly. I love their Chai tea lattes and their Cafe mocha. For food, you can’t beat their bacon gouda sandwich!

Very unfortunate. Spent more money adding three shots of blonde espresso to my chai, and they gave me a regular chai, no espresso. It’s still a very good chai! Just upsetting when you spend so much more money just to not get what you asked for.

I ordered a venti and it came almost empty. I pointed it out and was told “that’s how it comes.” On top of that, I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and the cup was handed to me all dirty and stained. Absolutely unacceptable service and presentation. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso and it was pure milk with sugar. My daughter got off the car and asked to fix it. I don’t know exactly what they did but it tasted like just a regular latte, which I could have done at home. I also had ordered some egg bites and i received them still frozen on the inside.

I had such a great experience thanks to Jewel and Sean (I believe those were their names)! I had accidentally placed my order at the wrong Starbucks, but they were incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, they helped me sort everything out and made sure I still got my drink. Their customer service was outstanding—super helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly. It really made my day. Thank you both for going above and beyond

HORRIBLE. oh my god.i just got the most disgusting coffee ever ! there’s like 10 or 15 staff at work here right now. 2 customers in entire store. I bought a coffee and breakfast sandwich. the sandwich was so hot rubbery and disgusting. The coffee was bland and the employees did not care about anything but talking among themselves despite having no customers. I would not eat nor drink the food from here if it was free ! I am serious.
