Went for breakfast on a cold winter morning. It was worried about being cold on the inside every time the door opened, but it wasn’t too bad. Note that you will smell like a diner when you leave.

Our food was good–standard diner. Especially noteworthy were the link sausages, very plump. Coffee was okay, reminded me of what you’d probably have if you worked on a railroad.

Service was neither friendly nor unfriendly, but we were served quickly and our coffee cups never ran dry.

The atmosphere is of course charming. Being a bit of a rail buff, I love all the pictures and memorabilia.

Tiny little place but so cute! Good and service was great! Would definitely recommend. They could use a little outdoor seating area.

Choo Choo Grill chugs out a lot from a small space. Two booths and about a dozen stools at the counter. The hamburgers did not disappoint. Very juicy and flavorful. Fries were fine as a side. Milkshake rich and creamy.

A small restaurant with high quality food. The cheddar bacon burger on rye is excellent. The malts looked great will try one next time.

This is a cute little restaurant right on the train tracks. The inside is very small, but there were open seats at the bar. I was in town for a conference and ordered a carryout for lunch. The owners made me feel very welcome and reminded me of going to a grandparents’ house where they are just so happy you stopped by. I ordered the bacon cheddar melt and a chocolate peanut butter malt. Both were good, and I would go there again if I was in the area.

We absolutely LOVED the food and atmosphere of this little restaurant. Good people, delicious food, and the best atmosphere inside. Everything cooked right by you and hot and nice cold root beer and floats were just the perfect meal.

Always a nice tiny place to go for a homey meal, either breakfast or a burger. You really can’t go wrong with either!

Drove 2 hrs for antiquing with my son. This was by far the most pleasant part of my trip(besides him) Just the burger I needed. Old style diner equipped with a belly up counter. Family owned, friendly, fast, honest, professional, funny. A very positive family feeling. “just like home”
I will be back as well as telling my own guests about this place! Thank you for the burger I’ve been looking for. Im vegetarian for health, cheat 1x a year before the holidays and it lived up to the expectation im looking for.
