Melissa the “manager” was very rude! I mean EXTREMELY RUDE! Today of course was cup release day. I was made to give my cup that I got fair and square to a girl that cried about being second in line. NO ONE ENTERED IN THE ORDER THEY ARRIVED! She ended up being one of the last to enter ! There was no door there was a gate that opened on the opposite end of where everyone was standing. Everyone rushed to that side while I stood exactly where I was and just helped push the gate open to get to the cup faster.
The manager Melissa had already taken two cups off the shelf and once the girl said she had been there first she refused to sell it to me.
We are not kids and I did not push shove or touch anyone to get that cup. She called security and everything. I am at a lost for words.

I love Starbucks ! But the manager Melissa very rude to a customer during the release of the bear cups.There was plenty people in line that didn’t get a cup, but because a girl started crying after being bum rushed by a group of people, the manager Melissa wouldn’t sell it to the people who grabbed it first. It caused a scene and she even contacted security. I was under the impression that the cups were all first come first serve. Even the employees were confused. But you know.. privilege.

I juts BOUGHT a White hot chocolate mocha & they gave me just a mocha flavor at all the 3 girls working now were so rude and originally i wanted to get a caramel ribbon crunch and they said that they dont make frappuchinos an hour before closing the store i dont think thats appropiate to say to a costumer who is buying. i did not complain with them because i didnt have to much time. Worst coffee ever!!! And worst

I never try to do this but I am very frustrated with how rude Veronica was towards me. This store was out of Venti cups, which I usually get a grande drink made with extra ice in a Venti cup. The women taking my order was very sweet and made sure to include I wanted “extraaaaa ice” as seen in the photo below LOL. When I got my drink the ice was filled as if i was a grande cup with regular ice. I asked another women because I didn’t see who made my drink and asked if she could add more ice and Veronica looked at me like I was dumb and said “Look you asked for extra ice and I gave it to you like it was a Venti” and rolled eyes, which I looked back like ??? and said “all I asked for was extra ice” so while the women started putting more ice in, Veronica stepped over and started gossiping… Keep in mind, I got a STAWBERRY refresher and she didn’t put any strawberry base in it :))) all it taste like is mango 🙂 This is my regular drink so the color should be a little more pink and not as if I got a dragonfruit refresher w/ no inclusions 🙂 . The women at the registered was super sweet so let me reiterate that, not everything was a negative!

Today my daughter in law and I went in for coffee and the lady was AMAZING! We were greeted promptly by a sweet employee. I asked what exactly it was that my daughter in law had ordered and she told me exactly what it was, gave suggestions on flavors that could be added to make the drink even better. She even offered to make a sample for me to try! I have been a Starbucks coffee drinker for many years, but have NEVER had the service we received today! No employee has ever offered a sample (didn’t know they would)! She answered all the questions about the products they offer and was very friendly! EXCELLENT customer service!!!

The girl running cashier today was rude didn’t have any patients she rushed me before even I get to scan my rewards barcode on my phone and had to wait for my Matcha forever in line after paid I am a Starbucks Matcha drinker but this time My Matcha tastes bad too I have to throw it away waste of my money and time here

While stopping to browse at the mall we decided to get some coffee. The Starbucks looked busy, but the line was moving. I placed our order of a caramel Frappachino and an iced coffee with almond milk.
The wait wasn’t too long, and soon our drinks were ready.
I sipped my iced coffee and couldn’t believe how absolutely disgusting it tasted. It tasted sour, and actually burnt my throat going down. I paused and asked my husband to taste it… he was repulsed. Something was very,very bad. I brought this to the attention of the barista, who was very rude. He looked at me like I was nuts. Defended the order and insisted that it was correct. I tried to explain that it tasted horrible, and he acted like I was a bother…. Asking me if I wanted one remade with milk! Uh no!! I ordered almond milk because I can’t tolerate dairy. He just stood there… with no other option available I threw my drink away. Lesson learned. I’ve spent my last dollar at Starbucks. Disappointed with the unhelpful customer service, and the attitude of the barista.

I don’t doubt the claims in terrible service when busy.

I had a good experience, but granted it was not busy.

Also remember your in a college town, these are kids. Right or wrong, don’t expect maturity from the immature. It’s a coffee shop in the mall, no one wants to be there lol.
