This is usually one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. They are really fast, my drink always tastes really good, and the workers are friendly. Today I ordered a tall caramel macchiato through the drive through around 3 o’clock. Now, I like my macchiato with extra caramel drizzle. I always order it will extra. I got up to the window and I see that there is literally no caramel in my drink, so I kindly asked the lady “can I please have some more caramel drizzle in that?” with a smile she then proceeds to literally put an inch of caramel in my size tall drink. Pretty annoying. I just wanted to enjoy my drink how it like it but instead I got a half cup of caramel drizzle along with my drink

Halfway through my coffee, I sucked something straight up through my straw. Thought it was paper or something and quickly spit it out only to find THIS. I’m still horrified and unbelievably confused on how this was even possible. Absolutely disgusting. I always like to call customer service to see what an error like this is worth to them. It was worth a $20 gift card if anyone is wondering. I DRANK HALF OF MY COFFEE WITH A BUG IN IT PEOPLE. I also have a picture with the guts spilling out, probably from my aggressive finger sweep. I’ll spare you the horror though. Thanks for the $20 Starbucks. You’re pathetic.

The reason for only 4 stars is the traffic/parking layout, which is terrible. Waiting cars impede traffic. If you park in front of the building you may get blocked in by cars waiting. There just is no room. Cars getting directly off Hwy 98 may turn onto the road & have nowhere to go because of cars waiting to turn into the drive thru. The staff are courteous. The food & drinks are consistent with all of the other Starbucks
