We were in the drive thru and ordered two salads, a set of egg rolls, a shrimp meal, and loaded fries. he repeated it back correctly when we got to the window and said we would get a receipt when in the bag. well, we drove off thinking we had everything like we normally do and we were missing loaded fries. no big deal right, we were just there i’m sure they just forgot to put it in the bag. wrong. they never put a receipt in the bag so when my mom went back inside to grab the item, they said that she needed the receipt. so she just brought the whole bag back in and showed that we were just in line a minute ago. they proceeded to call for “another loaded fry” and the fry girl looked annoyed that she had to make another one. when they gave it to her and she walked away the fry girl employee goes “hope you have a better day maam”. what gives an employee the right to say that after someone who just work 12 hours to want their order to be correct and not have to deal with attitudes like that? it was a simple mistake that she took further. absolutely unprofessional.

Today I went to lunch with the girls and I saw an employee at Zaby’s being treated very unkindly. We were at the drive-thru and we had sever weather at the location in Winter Haven, Florida. It was an employee outside taking orders at he drive-thru. His name in the name tag was Lucas. . I asked to speak to a manager. The person responsible for employee being outside was the GM, Ms. Marryanne. She came to the window and I expressed my concern about the weather and the employee being outside. She replied, ‘we have work to do and he has a jacket. He will be fine.’ She then closed the window on me. I wish I could make a difference with my concern and hope that the employee does not get retaliated against. I am posting a picture of how severe the weather was, and he didn’t have gloves or anything covering his face or neck, only a light jacket. It hurts my heart to see people treated that way, especially when they are really young and may need that job badly.
Prayers for people to have empathy and kindness, especially those who are in power or decision-makers.

It’s Zaxby’s what do you expect it’s overpriced. It’s not good and the chicken is very dry. Chick-fil-A wins every single time. plus lovebirds chicken is just down the road. It’s local and it’s way better and it’s the same type of food. Plus, lovebirds is cheaper. Plus, lovebirds is cheaper. I’ve been to too many Zaxby’s and I regretted it every single time.

Ordered online and picked up in drive thru i should have checked my food since they couldn’t even get the drinks correct got home and there was no garlic aoli on any of the phillies. Ordered a side of 2 egg rolls and only received one and no dipping sauce for them at all. Called the store and Gabbie was rude and not helpful at all. I was told to go on Zaxby’s listens and couldn’t do that since I was not given a receipt. So pretty much 50.00 worth of food in the garbage. Will not ever go to a Zaxby’s again.

This location is the worst, the staff and management is horrible and unprofessional. Everytime I’m at this location the attitudes are horrible, the customer service is horrible. They are upset if you correct your order. The manager is even worse. The whole staff needs to be retrained.

Love the flavor, but really small chicken. I don’t think I have ever had a descent size chicken strip. They are pretty fast at getting the food out, and it is pretty hot.
