I had excellent service at this starbucks. I was picking up an order for my coworkers and myself, and there was some confusion with how the orders were placed as it may have been user error. I was in a hurry to get back to work and a couple of the orders were missing. Kim was so awesome!.She was able to fix the problem.And get me out of the store quickly.She is wonderful and so helpful…thanks for your help today!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while a barista made eye contact with me and still did not acknowledge or take my order. It wasn’t until another barista finally took it upon herself to help me that I was able to order. The blonde barista who ignored me was extremely rude and unpleasant.
To make matters worse, my order was placed at the back of the line, and after waiting a total of 25 minutes, I was finally told that the sandwich I ordered wasn’t even available. This should have been communicated upfront instead of after such a long wait. The lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

Service is friendly and accurate most of the time.
I love the coffee shop vibe. However, I’m tired of paying $7 for a mediocre drink full of chemicals. Do better, Starbucks! Make healthy drinks with clean ingredients. We honestly go because the convenience of a ordering online/drive through coffee shop. Our last order was 3 of the same drink… each one was a vastly different color/taste. They made them over, but it’s a reminder that it might not be worth the convenience.

I love coffee but Starbucks is not my cup of tea. And the prices are extremely high. For four (special) coffee’s you pay easy over $25.
For European standards that’s too much.

I watched ONE girl making all the drive through and counter drinks while one guy at the drive through window and two other girls were having social hour, and re-wiping down the same countertop over and over again. It took me over 15 minutes to get a plain iced coffee. Absolutely ridiculous – where’s the management?

Drinks are good a little slow if you go in they take care of the drive through and mobile first but it seems like thats the deal at most starbucks now so.. I bought an espresso pot for 20 and make my own now really good.

The WORST Starbucks on the planet. They can’t get ANY DRINKS right! They make it wrong and REFUSE to refund you! The manager “V” is RUDE and has no clue what she’s doing! Wait time at the drive through in off season is 20 min for 2 cars!
