Tried to save time by ordering online then picking up and bringing back to work. Big mistake. Get the order (which is stapled shut so I didn’t check). They forgot my chips and salsa and my 2 tortillas. Already back at work so couldn’t go back.

This has been my lunch place from last year. Usually very busy and fast flowing at lunch. I have to admit there were occasions that I felt it might have been better if employees had served more professionally even with many customers continuously coming in. But at least today I saw their intention to serve their customers. Today I lost my building access card during lunch. I went back there to backtrack my lunch route. They did their diligence and found it out after searching through their garbage can! They could have said they didn’t see any so I appreciate that they took the exra step for help. Well done!

There’s just no way that the staff was this incoherent with me today. I asked for two bowls and a lady proceeded to take out two bowls for my order, and then asks the customer behind me what they want in it. I reminded the person that I just 2 seconds ago said it was my order. Maybe she thought the person was my friend no biggie, so the first bowl I began to request stuff on and she still took my second bowl to ask the person behind me what they wanted and began to fulfill his order. There’s just no way that happened she had to have been kidding around. She apologized and got a new bowl for me and then as I requested what I want in it she ignored my protein and passed it along to the second staff for the toppings. I let it go because I was not trying to make the people behind me wait because of her errors. Then at the cash register that same employee who can’t understand simple instructions told her that I asked for extra protein. That was false and I never once asked for extra chicken on the bowl that she messed up. A girl at the cash register gave me an attitude as if I was making a problem for them. She asked me if I wanted anything else and I asked for TWO tortillas, and guess what. That lady who messed up my order only brought back one. I reminded the girl at the register that I asked for two and she annoyingly said “There is two wrapped in the foil”. I blindly trusted her and came home to ONE tortilla that I absolutely knew that the staff member wouldn’t get right. I just can’t make this up, I couldn’t believe it.

Brown rice was practically empty, associate was scraping off the bottom where it was stuck to put in my bowl. No peppers and onions. Filthy tables, food all over the floor, garbage overflowing.

they told me they needed to cut steak for my order and that it would only take 3 mins. then proceeded to ignore my existence for 25 mins even when i tried to ask them a question. the Teterboro one is much better i was in and out in 5 minutes and the service was 1000% better.

I usually go pretty late due to work, between 9PM and 9:30, and the past 3 times i have tried to eat at this chipoltle they seemed to have either closed early or they’re out of rice. Luckly the 5 guys next door is ran well and takes care of me. Lesson to all: ignore this chipoltle and just go to 5 guys

Terrible service. The lady before us had ordered about five bowls, and when it came to our turn to order, the worker was basically scraping for beans, even though I was willing to wait for the other batch. Two of the three orders had almost no protein and were mostly rice. But don’t worry, they still charge the same.

Went to go get a bowl today and there was a bug in my chipotle. Absolutely disgusting and will never ever be eating here again. The place is clearly not clean whatsoever. Place should be shut down for having bugs in their food.
