This is the best Thai Food I’ve had in the area, including Twin Falls!
Everything we had was superb! Seating was fast and reservations seem to be recommended.
While we didn’t have one, they still sat us quickly.

I’m not going to claim to be a guru of all things Thai but I do know my curry shouldnt arrive watered down and separated. The use of water instead of coconut milk to make red curry milder is mind boggling and quite honestly, unacceptable. All staff was friendly and all though service was rushed and hectic, appreciate getting a check fast but when 3-4 different servers are constantly checking in with you, it kills any semblance of ab atmosphere.

This was a great place to eat. Cozy seating and a warm atmosphere. The food is terrific and if you want to eat outside, there are some partitions so you don’t feel like your on the street! You can get your normal Thai food or just go with their specials.. that have been great… have fun and eat well

Good food and service. The pad see ew was a little bland but was better with a little spice added. My wife ordered the salmon bento box with a spicy crab salad roll and it was also quite bland. No spiciness on the roll and the teriyaki sauce was extremely watered down. Both items were prepared perfectly though.

Probably the best Thai food I have ever had. The sushi is fantastic too! The massaman was wondering and the salmon Curry was DELICIOUS!! it’s gets pretty full on the weekend so make a reservation if you have more then two. The mango chicken was also delicious! Probably the best restaurant in Hailey!

After an 11 mile hike today I deserved a treat. Dang’s Thai Cuisine was my fix. I had the Pad See Ew and it was well portioned and spiced. It was slightly different from the wider noodles that I’m used to for this dish and thus the 4 out of 5 stars. Service was excellent and I saw some incredible Sushi being taken to other tables. After seeing the fresh Sushi I regret not ordering some of them. Had a glass of red wine from Argentina and finished off the meal with a Mango Sticky Rice. The care for how they cut the mango just goes to show the expert culinary artists they have working the kitchen. I am definitely looking forward to a second visit to try some Sushi.

This was just what we needed! Had a Dragon sushi roll and PadThai. My husband isn’t an adventurous eater, so we kept wth traditional options. He loved both. The service was fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. Would definitely eat here again!
