Me and my family were trying to order drinks but while ordering, the manager, Jordan, cut me and the cashier, Hailey, off while we were discussing. He is extremely rude and had an attitude + tone upon first interaction. Extremely unpleasant! They also messed up one of our drinks. Even though Jordan gave us a terrible experience, Hailey apologized for her manager’s actions and helped us throughout the process. We greatly appreciate her service!

There was an accident that occurred and prevented me from being able to pick up my mobile order because the plaza was blocked off by police and emergency vehicles. I called the store and was told I could get a refund through the app. However, you cannot receive refunds or credits through the app. I contacted customer service, submitted the requested information, and over a month later, I have received not received a follow-up response. Awful customer service.

This place sucks!they have a walk up window but won’t take your order must use app. Took the time to add app and 10 minutes later put in my order. When I tried to pay Starbucks wanted to load $25 dollars onto their app and wouldn’t just let me pay for what I was ordering. That’s another strike against your company and I’m about done as a matter of principle

We ordered a grandê pink drink, was like $5.50. Most expensive cup of ice I’ve ever bought. What a shame. I can understand keeping the drink cold, but filling the entire cup with ice is completely overboard, I’ve attached pic, what do y’all think?
