I called at 10:30 a.m. to see if they had any B&G left. The lady on the phone, Tina, was so nice. (Turns out she was the GM) She set a B&G aside for me. It was hot and delicious even though it was almost eleven a.m. when I finally got there. Shout out to Matty, too. Excellent service. And the dining room smelled clean, like good food instead of cleaner. I’ll be back!

Come through drive through ordered my meal, sandwich was incorrect they were prompt and understanding at fixing it, went inside to get corrected to to be stunned at how clean and organized the store was; furthermore how friendly and polite the staff was…. we’ll definitely come back again for the same hot food and service.

This was my 3rd stop here and every time they have been consistent with good service! Drive thru workers have been very kind and had a smiles on their face always polite, chicken tenders have been fresh and hot they remembered the sauce, napkins, and Ive had a special order for my dog and they didn’t hesitate and it was exactly how I ordered !

Services amazing here. Lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. Food is fresh the biscuits here are always made fresh daily and probably the best for a fast food chain. Lobby was clean and not too busy when I ate.

Stopped at the drive through about 10 minutes early. I knew I was early so I patiently waited for them to open. At 5:30 I pulled up to the order box and waited. After ten minutes I pulled up to the window and the woman working at the counter in the kitchen looked at me and walked to the back out of sight. I waited five more minutes and knocked on the window. I did this two more times with no response so I pulled to the front of the restaurant to walk in. The door was locked and the guy I saw in the kitchen area looked at me and also walked out of sight. I drove back to the order box, nothing. At this time I called the store. After the phone rang for almost a minute I got an answer from the female employee I saw through the window. She relayed that she was the only person at the restaurant, everything was prepared but she couldn’t open until there was a second employee at the store. There were at least two employees and multiple vehicles outside.

Most of the tables were dirty, the bathroom was not working ( not sure how this is up to heath standards) trash can were full. Openly talking about smoking in the back. Did not order curly fries got curly fries. There was at least 7 employees here this place should be running more smoothly.
