This Wendy’s Frosty machine has been broke all summer! Third time we have stopped. What kind of franchise allows this to happen? So we ordered french fries and they were cold! Never stopping their again. Poor management.

Wendy’s has become inconsistent lately it seems to me. I usually get the home style chicken sandwich. Sometimes it is thick and juicy and good. Sometimes it’s thin and dry. Seems to be this way in most restaurants. This time it was thin and dry. I do not think it was the fault of this restaurant or their employees it was just a very thin piece of chicken. Wendy’s is too expensive these days to be inconsistent with quality

Went on Sunday afternoon at 3:00. No chocolate frosty’s and didn’t even have BBQ sauce for nuggets. Terribly slow and every table was dirty. Need a new manager. They haven’t had chocolate frosty’s in a long time. Was very disappointed.

Have eaten here before and never had a problem till this visit. There was an issue with another customer requesting a refund. Employee refused to give him a refund unless he gave them a bunch of personal identity information. It took forever to get the food The French Fries were all cuts from side of potatoes that hadn’t been peeled were small and grossly crispy for what Wendy’s usually serves. They had no Frostys of any kind. The only diet drink in the machine was Mello Yello. Zero. They have two machines but one was broken. Won’t be going here again for a while. Burger King, Hardee’s and Arby’s just down the street. So plenty of other choices.

This place was absolutely rancid. Every square inch of that place was either sticky or had crumbs. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and stunk. I was scared to look at the sanitation rating. The food was mid and it took forever to get our order. Also the cashier took a phone call on her personal cell phone while we were placing our orders. The drink machine also had no ice and were limited on drink options.

I’m not a huge Wendy’s fan, but their breakfast is the bomb! I am in love with the sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Best fast food breakfast in town! The Wendy’s by the airport has this on special with spices potatoes for $3. The Riverside location doesn’t offer the special, but the croissant is worth the 3 dollars and some change.

Terrible. Traveling and stopped. 11:30 on a Thurs. Service was slow. Drink machine was OUT OF COKE, diet Dr Pepper and several others. Right before lunch! Was sticky and dirty. Gross. Tables were sticky and clearly had been wiped at – NOT cleaned. Didn’t get our full order and had to go back and wait for them to manage to find another burger. I had a strawberry salad. Chicken was ok. Rest was completely inedible! Lettuce was black and mushy. Strawberries rotten. Just awful. Restroom was dirty and lacking TP. Several other fast food places nearby – go to ANY of them…NOT this Wendy’s.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to order a chocolate frosty. When I got to the window, they gave me strawberry. Then I was told that was all they had. I would have not ordered if I was told upfront.
