Absolutely love coming to this location man, the workers here are so sweet and always so nice to us and accommodating whenever we may have any questions, not to mention they always provide excellent service and get your drinks out super fast would definitely recommend coming here sometime (the bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches are surprisingly delcious!)

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks location! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They even offered complimentary bites and small espresso samples, which was a really nice touch and made the visit feel special.
The service was fast, the atmosphere was great, and the team truly went above and beyond. Definitely one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Went to this location this evening. Ordered a Tall Hot Caramel Brulee Latte with extra topping. What I got was a tall half empty cup of air with no toppings. I paid $6.15 for a cup of air. This Starbucks is not what it used to be. Then they have the nerve to say “it’s going to ask you a question on the screen”. So, if I give you a tip and the service is bad and the order is wrong, does that mean I can get my tip back. After this eveing I may start going to Seven Brew and give them a try. Perhaps I will be able to get a full cup of what I want rather than a half cup of air. Why would you serve something to me that you would not serve to yourself? Poor customer service.

Went through drive thru and had a hole in my cup went inside they instantly fixed the issue and gave me money off my next order which was very sweet, showed true customer service that’s rare nowadays especially since they were super busy! I am a very thankful customer!

This place is so efficient and kind. They stay busy, but the wait is never excessive. Their staff is informed of the product which helps someone like me who isn’t coffee savvy.
A gentleman named James goes the extra mile if you sit in the shop and do work. He comes around and checks on you to ensure you’re enjoying your experience. Wow – what amazing customer service. The best Starbucks I have been to, I think ever.
Also, get the impossible sausage sandwich. My goodness, incredible.

Went into this location this morning and 6 to 8 employees were working behind counter. My associate and I were traveling for work, and were never acknowledged today after waiting over 10 minutes at the counter. No one offered to take my order nor did they offer to say anything to us to help take our orders. We ended up walking out without receiving any kind of greeting or service. I already didn’t really like going to Starbucks, and only did because of convenience, but I don’t think I’ll ever go to any Starbucks again. 0/10 service.

Literally the worst starbucks in the Atlanta area. Drinks taste horrible, service was nonexistent and the wait for 2 drinks? 56 minutes ! I had 4 cars in front of me. Each only received 1 or 2 drinks each. By the time I received mine they were watered down, not mixed and not properly made. Don’t waste your time here.
