WORST WING PLACE EVER! they kept forgetting order and the wings were so tiny, i couldnt even tell it was a chicken. The most DISTASTEFUL wings and fries i have ever had. I will NEVER go back here again and i advise everyone else to do the same.

the food tasted ok but the size of the wings is ridiculous. they are tiny paid 18 for a 15 tiny wings combo. never again. very unsatisfied, if i wasnt on break i would have taken them back and gotten a refund.

I purchased a Philly cheesesteak and wings. Half way through the sandwich there was a long piece of hair. I took it back and they offered to remake it but advised they were not able to accommodate me. The individual they claimed to be the manager was not emphatic at all and very rude. Not only was I on lunch and had to come all the way back but it was an inconvenience. I advised why were they not wearing a hairnet and he stated they only wear hats. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager so I demanded to speak with another manager who advised I could at least have a drink. Overall the experience was terrible and I lost my appetite. The thought of pulling someone else’s hair out makes me never want to eat here again. I would not recommend!

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered 10 piece wings and they gave me the smallest wings they could find. I asked to speak with the manager and he tells me he cannot give me a refund instead he could make me something else and take the wings I ordered. Which makes no sense because he would be throwing the wings away anyway.HORRIBLE customer service and needs new MANAGEMENT

The lemon pepper wings were great, but the customer service was horrible. Long story short, I walked to the counter and had to ask if they were open because no one bother to greet me. One employee was literally right in front of me putting onions and lettuce in the cooler stand.
Once I received my food, I thanked the cashier and he just walked away. I usually have a pleasant experience at this location but the cashier working on December 17th, 2018 around 11:00a.m. needs to learn the meaning of customer service.

The customer service is horrible! After I got my food home I realized that there was not sauce on my wings. When I returned to the location the manager refused to take responsibility saying that the wing’s sauce dried up in the course of the 10 minutes it took me home. When I asked to have my food heated because my wings were cold, the manger refused nor would he give me my money back. The customer service is way below par!
