Okay, first of all, I currently work a food job. We get customers who want to add things to their orders that aren’t usually on it. It’s a called customization.
This Burger King simply doesn’t understand that…
If I ask for extra lettuce, it doesn’t mean the regular amount.
If I ask for Extra Salt on my fries, it doesn’t mean an unseasoned sliced fried potato. I’ve even tried asking for them to make sure my fries are salted the regular amount.
If I ask for SWEET tea, it doesn’t mean unsweetened tea or tea flavored water.
One or two of these has happened at every single visit. I’ve gone there about 4 – 5 times. I’m done.
It seriously cannot be that hard…

Went through the drive thru and ordered 6 items 3 were edible and the rest were not. I got a chicken sandwich that was a brick and although we were told it was made fresh all of it was cold and the taste was not great. I will say that when we went back for a refund for the items we couldn’t eat they instead gave us a full refund which I appreciated but me and the person with me felt that the tone used by the manager was condescending and acted as if we were being Karen’s who just wanted to complain , we admitted we ate a few items and had zero expectations of a refund but if I spend $25 on food and can’t half of it then I will ask for a refund. All in all this location has gone downhill more and more over the years and now is completely horrible.

Make sure you check your bag before you leave drive thru. Ordered 2 croissant combos and they gave me fries instead of hash browns. We threw away the fries. Who have time to waste money… Not me disappointed
