I got a drink from here a few days ago, and called later on when i realized it had been made wrong (mistakes happen!). the shift leader i spoke with put down a note for me to come back and get a free drink as a replacement. i went back in today and was helped by Zac, who recommended an Iced Chai Latte when i asked his favorite drink. he made it for me, and it’s perfect! i’d never had this drink before, so he waited for me to taste it and see if i liked it, which is top notch customer service! i can’t rave enough about the wonderful employees at this location. thank yall!

Most of the people that work there are kind and friendly. There are others not so much. I seen a young girl stick the tip of finger in cups. She has also grabbed the steamer with hand instead of the handle. She is rude and she does not put the amount of coffee/ drink that should be in the cup. It is over all nice but hopefully you don’t get her to fix your drink.

The two employees that were on staff in on the Sunday morning I went in were wonderful and doing the best they could to keep up with the 20+ people, but this location should do way better to staff accordingly for a busy day, it’s unfair to costumers and staff and I know there are plenty of people needing more hours

Stopped in the other day. I’m not a frequent customer by any means. I happened to get a white mocha and something extra. About half way though the drink I swallowed something that didn’t feel like it should of been in there. A couple more sips and I had something kind hardy and chunky on my tongue. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
