There are so many reasons why I don’t plan on visiting this location again. I’ll start with my experience today, but there have been numerous others. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a vanilla cream cold brew. First of all, the wait seems to take longer than usual at this one often. The barista handed me my drink after I paid. I then had to ask her for a receipt. I don’t understand why Starbucks has the nerve to ask for a tip when you have to ask them for a receipt and a straw. They don’t even give you napkins unless you ask. I then taste my coffee and it’s bitter. I wait for the barista to turn back around to let her know and when she does, she looks annoyed and like she had seen a ghost. I tell her my coffee is bitter and then she gets me a cup with a few pumps of syrup and hands it to me. No apology or have a nice day. Glad I didn’t give a tip, because that type of poor customer service definitely doesn’t deserve one. Please hire more employees that actually want to provide stellar customer service and not get annoyed at the smallest inconvenience! For $6 dollars for a cup of coffee, I at least deserve to like the way it tastes and get great service smh!

Ordered my drink left a tip everything was fine until. I was waiting for my drink I was standing by waiting area and a woman with brown hair and a claw clip set it down I didn’t know it was my drink she made no effort to call out the orders or even engaged with me there were other people outside waiting so I didn’t want to take the wrong drink. I understand she probably doesn’t want to be at work however she doesn’t have to be rude or side eye me the whole time.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks. I didn’t even receive a greeting when I walked in—just a blunt “what do you want?” as soon as I stepped through the door. The employee, who was wearing a pink fleece sweater, rolled her eyes the entire time I placed my order. My order was extremely simple a tea. Yet I was met with nothing but rudeness and attitude. There was zero professionalism, no courtesy, and no basic customer service. This behavior does not reflect Starbucks standards or the brand at all. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Literally the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to! They are always so nice and so helpful. I will drive out of my way just to go specifically to this location. Every employee is so nice especially if I order my drink to the wrong location. I would give 100 stars if I could.

My experience was good. The cashier with the red long hair helped me out. She also helped me safely take a wasp outside that was trapped near the window I sat by.
My order was perfect. I had forgot to ask for less pumps of strawberry but my drink was made to perfection . Usually the Starbucks add way too much syrup on average. I’m happy and I got to finish my homework
