Management needs a reality check. One person working, helped first in line then proceeded to cover 6 online orders while we stand in line. Waited for 35 minutes with not so much as a word aside from we will be right you. After they started the next order we left. No one else in the store as we wait. Highly frustrating.

I understand you guys open at 11:45 but if I were trying to do customer service and do customer service well especially if I have seven people waiting on me to open outside that’s seven customers paying over $10 per ice cream that’s you make an over 70 bucks in less than 15 minutes you’re going to tell them they need to wait until 11:45 in order to purchase stuff when people are trying to go to work and school and stuff you just lost business right there. I was there watching people turn away that’s crazy I guess I’ll go buy it tub of ice cream from Bel Air. This happened at 11:33am this morning

True disappointment. The ice cream is so tiny. $8 plus tax for a tiny 2 inch diameter, 1 inch tall cup. Plus it was melted because they kneaded it too long on the stone. I think their stone isn’t cold enough. Probably trying to save electricity costs. Save your money and taste buds and walk 10 steps to bel air and get a gallon tub of premium ice cream for the same price.

We come here once in awhile and it’s always good but todays my sons birthday and I’m so disappointed with the handwriting I got for my sons cake. The lady said she does not know how to write in cursive and this is what I got! I have no other choice but to take it like this because I have plans to take him out to SF. I should have just bought candles with happy Birthday on it and would have looked way better than this. I’m sorry but it looks like a kid did it. I also hope it’s good since I seen cakes on there for 50% off that are probably old that’s why they are cheap.

Zero starts for the racism I witnessed on National Ice Cream day. Clearly the possible African American customers did not get a “welcome in”. The female worker who maybe of middle eastern background didn’t ask what they wanted, instead she asked the man on the other side of the store near did he want anything else. The Black customers were next. Rude and disrespectful; I’m white and I noticed it and needed to share this..—-.—-Update—->. Clearly, the owner who responded is not willing to read reviews with an open mind, shows how one sided this business maybe. I’m quite surprised how sarcastic the ending of the response. Carry on.

Good ice cream, but the last 2 visits haven’t been up to par. We ordered a birthday cake and I was very specific as to the verbiage I wanted and confirmed exactly what I wrote was to be out on the cake. The individual working confirmed he understood. I went to pick up the cake, and they completely disregarded what I wrote and made an assumption and wrote something different. Very frustrating. They offered to fix it but we were in a rush.
Today I order via mobile order for pick up. We got there exactly at the time we had chosen for pick up and the ice cream was already melting.

Ordered a Banana Caramel Crunch, Gotta Have It!, paid for a Gotta Have It! size, but got this…..
A small Love it! size IN A GOTTA HAVE IT! cup. Literally barely a medium serving in a medium cup, stuck in a large cup. Pop a lid on it and who could tell, right… “Hey, no one’s sitting around eating ice cream during a pandemic, so they’ll be home before seeing the slight of hand.”
As you can tell from the pic, the Gotta Have It! cup only has some drippings in it. And I’d only taken two bites before “Hey, why are there 2 cups?” So you can see the quantity was small for a size smaller than I paid for.
HIGHLY unprofessional and a literal bait n switch.
