Das refused a promotion that I’ve been promised. I put gas at the gas station and they told me that I get one free footlong sandwich if I purchase one. I came to the restaurant and he told me he would be right back. He just turned back to his phone and started chatting and giggling with someone. Please take care of your customer service

No restroom for paying customers. This is a violation of California law. If you serve food and drink you must provide restroom. This location also smells so bad! Very stinky.

Guy named micheal with a mustache and goatee was kinda rude, when it mine and my friends turn he flatly said “what do you want” in a loud tone, no “hi” no “how can i help” or anything. When it came to our toppings he just stared at us and pointed at the toppings. Wont be back at this location.

The sub itself did taste well and I love the ghost pepper bread, but the sub is literally so much thinner with small portions of ingredients. It was like a hybrid of a sidekick and a foot long. This location is skimpy on their portions like a chipotle and i don’t know if it’s a greed issue with the franchise or what, but something should change. However, service was attentive and quick.

There were 3 staff members in the afternoon . 1 young guy was very helpful there… he made a fresh order for me and he was very polite and calm… As I was not sure what to order because I am vegetarian but he helped me by making veggie sandwich petty with juicy vegetables. Apart from that he suggested me 2, 3 more options to order as vegetarian a person. I will surly visit there again if Das make my order again

Literally the worst Subway ever. I just bought a footlong sandwich not even 10 minutes ago. First of all, the sandwich itself is smaller than at other locations. They don’t show you what ingredients they have, unlike other Subways. This means you can’t see whether they have fresh ingredients. The server then put three small pieces—when I say small, I mean less than one inch in diameter—of tomato on a footlong sandwich. When I asked for more vegetables, he said that’s an extra charge. I have never heard of Subway charging extra for vegetables. Aside from that, three small pieces of tomato for a footlong sandwich? The branch owner needs to change their business strategy to improve food quality and service so customers will return.

I was thinking of what to order & the muslim woman wearing a hijab who was making the sandwich & waiting for my order looked at me so rudely and annoyingly. She even made a mistake with my order but she doesn’t care. She was looking at me angrily and rolled her eyes. Will never order in that subway branch again as long as she is there.

My daughter came into the store with a coupon (buy one footlong, get one free) which was scanned and accepted by a cashier. She did not pay attention to the total and just used my credit card to process the payment. To my surprise, she was charged for 2 footlong sandwiches full price. I called the store and the store manager did not care about this situation … neither did she apologize. Terrible business practice. DO NOT recommend to shop there!

After waiting in line a half hour – I was told location doesn’t take coupons. Certainly wish I knew that before wasting my time. Only one guy was working – so I thought I was being polite by letting him get all the other orders out. Really did not think they would reject the coupon. Certainly won’t come back.
