This might just be the best Starbucks we’ve ever visited. We went twice on our recent beach trip and both times the staff was friendly, drinks were perfectly delicious, and we loved the seating area. I hope we can come back sometime because this is location is top notch thank you!!

My usual drink from Starbucks is a brown sugar shaken espresso. I ordered one from here and when I picked it up it had white flurries floating in it. She proceeded to tell me it was cinnamon but cinnamon is not white. I could see the cinnamon floating in it too that was brown. When I asked if she could remake it because it was not right she refused to take it back and gave me an attitude. I forget her name but she had purple hair.

2nd visit to this Starbucks. First visit was when it initially opened a few years ago. BIG FAT 0. Our Java Chip Frappuccino’s had almost no flavor at all. We told the staff they had no flavor or sweetness at all. They fixed us another exactly as bad.
My husband and I went this morning and both our coffee specials were horrible. UNBELIEVABLE after all this time and another horrible experience and drink! Cafe Mocha no flavor totally bland. My husband’s café Americano, I kid you not, tasted like hot water with a slight coffee flavor. Our Spinach, feta, and egg white wraps were great, ( I guess you can’t screw up a pre-packaged wrap). I would have given a rating of ZERO if I could. Will be going to Swansboro Starbucks from now on. Can’t believe out of 2 visits, absolutely horrible experience again. Don’t know how they stay in business.

0 out of 7 days was our order right no matter if we ordered in person or delivery. One day we would get complete wrong thing, one day it would be missing an ingredient that we had to pay extra for, or wrong flavor. Delivery orders never get straws, but you get them when you go to the store. Today, ordered a mocha frappe and it had absolutely noooo mocha in it. The other day, ordered mocha frappe and received caramel even though the cup label clearly stated mocha. Paid extra for cup to be lined with mocha, and it was lined with caramel. Just sloppy service. These drinks aren’t cheap so I expect them to be correct at least.

Massive pothole at stoplight! There is a massive vehicle damaging pothole at the exit/ stoplight. The pothole wasn’t there before Starbucks. They bring more traffic to an already congested area. Now you risk damaging your vehicle, busting a tire, knocking wheels out of alignment etc. This shows how much they care about their customers and the community.

Absolutely amazing service and a wonderful experience. I purchased a pumpkin spice latte, and while I was waiting, I got a strawberry crème frappe for free because someone was training and I was at the right place at the right time. I will enjoy them on my drive back to VA. Thank you so much.

Always stop by before heading to work. Pre order my usual drink & ready to go when I arrive. Greeted with by the friendly staff each time which is wonderful. Let me start by saying I’m not a big coffee drinker and only go to Starbucks if my girlfriend wants it. As far as drinks go, I really enjoyed the matcha latte. I got it with vanilla syrup to add a little sweetness. The food is pretty tasty, I really enjoy the hot sandwiches, and my favorite is the turkey pesto ciabatta one. Being a bigger sized guy, the portion sizes do seem a little small for what you are paying. It’s not my favorite place, but I’ll go there with my girlfriend because it makes her happy and that’s the most important thing overall.

What you would expect from a normal Starbucks. It was nothing spectacular, with friendly staff and the normal fare and drinks. I’ll probably stop again if it’s convenient but would not drive out of my way.
