This Starbucks is a great spot to stop! The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The store has plenty of space with ample indoor and outdoor seating, so whether you’re looking to relax, get some work done, or just enjoy your coffee, it’s very comfortable. This has to be hands downs, the cutest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Needed a treat for the kiddos, so I popped into this gorgeous Starbucks to grab a cake pop, chocolate chip cookie and a lemon pound cake. The food was SO fresh, the cookies were heated up to perfection. The store was clean, clean, clean! The staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. The barista that helped me was Sofia, and she was great. Totally worth a stop and look for an amazing cup of coffee and a sweet treat. Enjoy!

I don’t usually leave reviews but my drink was so nasty at this location. I also don’t feel like I got the starbucks experience. All I can say is this location definitely matches the rest of Tappahannock fast food chains. And that is NOT a compliment. I was only passing through for family but unless management changes I just don’t see myself coming back here again.

Very slow and sloppy service at this location. I’ll stick to Mechanicsville and Richmond locations from now on. Also, tired of getting whole milk in my brown sugar shaken espressos instead of the oatmilk it’s supposed to get when I come here. I’m allergic to whole milk. I was sick for the rest of the day and on Christmas eve because of them. Even before I drank it I could tell it didn’t look right at all. It looked gross. Taste wise, other than it obviously being whole milk, it just tasted disgusting. Not to mention how rude they were in the window. How is this place still running? I won’t be back.

Brand spanking new Starbucks. Or close enough. I went thru the drive thru and this is now my global icon of a homogenous experience. Nothing special, but welcomingly predictable and on point. Hard to do that a billion times, but this place does it. You want a Latte, here it is. Fast and a global standard. Did it well for me. Thanks! And I enjoyed the holiday colors.

It’s brand new so it deserves a little grace, but waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through was painful. My coffee was not full and had ALOT of whip to make up the difference. Also they weren’t very nice but maybe they were just stressed! 🙂 I would have been much happier if they said something about it or gave me a discount.

I placed a mobile order for some coffee and wanted to try the new cake pop, the cake pop was amazing and the person who made my drink it’s was Phenomenal. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

AVOID this location unless you have 30 minutes to wait for a simple drink. Have attempted this place 3 times and each time, while ordering simple items (Americano, cappuccino, etc), it took 20 to 30 minutes. Each time there were maybe two to three customers ahead. These occurrences were both in store and through the drive-thru.

The store is poorly run and poorly managed and I do not recommend it.

Building and atmosphere is nice and the ladies who take the order, but oh, my god. this is the 4th time they’ve messed up my order because they don’t pay attention to what’s on the ticket. The first 3 were because they used regular milk (which I am allergic to) instead of oatmilk which I had repeatedly asked for. And, this time, I asked for no ice and they put ice – when I returned it, they just put the remainder of the drink in another cup without filling it up. So, I paid for half a glass. This is actually frustrating and expensive.

I have come here about 5 times since they opened & the drinks are never right, the tip option feels pushed & most times it’s hectic. This morning JESS changed that entire mindset & experience for me! I pulled over & went to order on the app (because it’s so much easier at this location than the drive thru) but decided just to join the lin.. I’m so glad I did! She literally sounded like a Starbucks employee (positive and upbeat) & the drink was perfect! She never pushed me for a tip (although she got one because with that service why wouldn’t I!) I should’ve asked her her schedule because I’m only coming when she’s there!
