The staff is very nice. The food was hot and tasted good. The drink station had all the necessary items. A little bit dirty, but they were very busy.So I take that into consideration.

I stopped in and had my favorite meal for dinner. The Hook and Ladder sub sandwich. The sub was made correctly and the service was very good. The atmosphere great with sports on one tv and the Presidential inauguration on the other. The dining area was very clean. I would give this restaurant a 100 score if not for the fountain machine. I bought a large coke I had to throw away because the fountain drinks had a watered down taste. I spent the extra $3 on an unopened coke. Overall this place is recommended by unopened drinks with your meal. 90 B

Walked in. Ordered a sub combo. Sat down right in front of the pickup counter. 25+ minutes later I ask where my food is. I do this because a group of 12 teens, an elderly couple, and two food pickup drivers had ordered their food after me… and received it. Manager was polite but admitted that my food order had not even been submitted. He offered to comp my meal but I was already about to be late for an appointment and declined. Do not recommend this location.

Shout out to the 3 ladies!! Definitely on point with my subs. This time out stood the past. Taste was outstanding! Hot fresh ingredients! Put together with integrity! This is the slowest firehouse I have ever been to. They are not even that busy and it still took 31 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Also I had a reward and they would not honor it in store. Make sure to check your order as well.

TYLER IS AMAZING!!!! VERY SMART AND EDUCATED ON THE PRODUCTS!! HE DESERVES 10 STARS!! he gave me a warning about the Carolina reaper in the spicy dill hook and ladder!!! And I must say that was the best sandwich I have ever eaten… this has become my favorite firehouse ever!!!!! I 100% will be coming back asap!!!

Came in 20 min after store opened. The soda machine wasn’t on, they were still counting the register and I had to wait ten minutes for them to finish just to order my sandwich (I was the only customer in the store). I then had to wait 20 minutes before getting my sandwich, all while being the only customer. I’ve had quicker service during lunch rush.
