The cashier was focus on hes socializing with her colleagues. After repeating myself 3 times that i want my coffe with coconut milk, and after the cashier explained to me that first she heard almond milk, then soy milk in the end I recieved coffe with almond milk. Is good that I am not allergic to nuts because that was gonna end very bad (I did try the drink and that how I realized that is the wrong milk), but I did needed to trow away my 6 dollars drink. Hope the management improved the quality of service to their employees.

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for about two years now. The employees are always very friendly and I’m never waiting too long. My only complaint is I think there should be a course on how to make a cappuccino. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where someone’s made a cappuccino correctly. I used to work at Starbucks myself and even the managers didn’t know how to properly make one.

This is what any good coffee house should be. The staff is lovely, they keep the place clean and humming, they handle their rush-times like pros, and are amazing at greeting, helping, and thanking all their guests.
No wonder the neighborhood has embraced this corner location as a true “third place.” Local study groups meet here, professionals work quietly on their laptops, friends and dog-friends hang around and socialize.

I order 6 scoops matcha green tea latte for $8.50 so I expect to be right but they make it wrong ( I know I work 10 years as barista for Starbucks) but when I ask to fix it the person making drinks jump to say we make it as you want it so how many more scoops do you want? I get this from many different stores so it was bad for me to say something

I came 9:33 and I got my order 10 minutes after. When I asked a man for my order, he said it’s coming. After five minutes when I ask again, they just phoned in the system and have to start to prepare. No apologies no thank you. No, have a nice day.

Worst Starbucks in VA:
I got to Starbucks, and they didn’t have my sandwich ready. I asked them about it, and they ignored me.
I then asked the cashier what was going on, and she told me that it was fine, that they would prepare it soon. So I waited for about ten minutes, but another girl kept taking things out of the oven, and she never took out mine.
So I said, “Excuse me, I’ve been waiting for a while for my food.”
Then some rude woman with an attitude came out and said, “What’s up going on here?”
I told her that my food hadn’t been prepared, that I had been waiting for a long time, and that I had already let them know.
She just responded sarcastically, “Look, the bag is empty because what you ordered isn’t available. You have to take the bag and give it to her.”
I said, “What?? Didn’t you just hear what I told you? I already told them what was missing.”
She repeated that I needed to take the bag and give it to her. And I asked, “Do you want me to do their job for them after they messed up? Do you want me to make my own food too?”
Then the guy who ignored me earlier came out and said, “There’s no reason to be this way. We ran out of the sandwich; I can give you a refund.”
And I told them, “Well, you could have said that when I asked about my sandwich.”
I told him, “You made me wait just to come and tell me this now, after marking the order as ready?”
Then some old white man came out and said, “That’s enough! You are being an asshole.”
And I said, “What the hell is your problem?”
I explained that they had done this to me five times before and that it was always the same nonsense.
That’s when he stepped closer to me, like he was going to do something, so I stepped up to him and said, “You need to mind your own business. You don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Then, I sent messages to corporate, and they gave me a refund.
And I told them that I was never going to buy from Starbucks again.
That they could keep their money, and that store had always treated me badly.

I tried the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich from Starbucks, and it was disappointing. The bread was squished and didn’t look good. For the price, it’s not worth it. I could find a better sandwich elsewhere. I wouldn’t buy it again!

So I just moved to Alexandria, VA and this is the closest Starbucks. I’ve ordered here 5 times. When I do order I was getting a Caramel Macchiato, Iced, Venti Upside Down, Salted Caramel Foam with Extra Caramel. Never did the either Coat the cup or put Caramel Drizzle on the foam. Then I switched to the Venti Cherry Chia Latte. I order this with extra crunchies and extra foam light ice. As you can see in the picture,nowhere is the Extra foam. Is that a discretionary decision on what is extra foam. I also order extra crunchies,when I got there, again,there were no crunchies. I asked,usually I don’t I fear confrontation due to my Bipolar1 Anxiety.But I asked and the guy at the counter asked the Barista and she flipped around and got the shaker all the while the guy turns toe and says, “Sorry, were on our last one!” SO WHAT, does that mean you decide who gets the crunchies and who doesn’t. Ya know, I know it’s just foam and crunchies, but if that’s how I ordered and that’s what I paid for, come on? I find it discouraging that this Starbucks determines what is extra, what goes on a drink and who gets to get it.
This store may be a very store, but make the drink how is was ordered. Am I not as important as the other customer that comes in. Cause I’ll tell you what,Marc Center, about 3 miles away, treats me with smokes, a welcoming greeting and makes my dream bk EXACTLY how I order it .Kydis to them!

Large Starbucks with ample free parking and plenty of seating. It has more of a cafeteria feel, but there is plenty of room to spread out and get work done. Lots of mobile orders are processed here and that is the quickest way in and out. The service is middle of the road, nothing of note good or bad, just doing their job which is appreciated. They do keep things moving and I’ve never seen much of a line here. If you want Starbucks, this is a good option. Mobile order if you want out quick, or if you want to grab your coffee and get straight to work.
