I ordered a Dirt n worms! And didnt get the dirt nor the worms, just the custard! I had to ask for the dirt and worms, only got the dirt. I went in and asked for worms and only got 3. I believe I shouldve gotten more because I asked for my stuff more than once. The employees also didnt seem like they cared about their job. I thought since its new to York that itd be a better place, but it doesn’t seem that way. The food was not up to par! The fries were cold from the start and they didnt make the burger the way it was supposed to be made. There was no condiments and little to no onion, they only wanted mustard off. Definitely not worth the $30. Id rather go across the street tk Dairy Queen!

The fries were cold and the cheeseburgers sloppy in appearance. It did not appear that anyone had any pride in the food they were serving. The tables and soda area were all dirty. Expected more from a new restaurant. Drive another 45 minutes to Grand Island to Freddy’s where the food and service is always wonderful and clean!

I was very disappointed in the food. The hamburger patties on my burger were overcooked and dry and very salty, and the fries were cold. I should have gone across the street to McDonald’s and got better food at a cheaper price and that’s something to say for my past memories of Freddy’s. I like to start with something funny and I heard about this man. He was in his bathroom service was very slow at 3:00 p.m. In the afternoon with about a 15-minute wait in the drive thru line.

2 out of the first 3 times I went there they messed up the order. They also charge meals as individual items instead of the combo meal but maybe that’s how they were taught to maximize profits. Also they will ration Katchup to you like it’s ww2. The people that handle the drive through seem clueless and you have to repeat your order numerous times. Disappointing because every other Freddy’s has been amazing except for York’s

The burgers are really good. However the fries and tots are too salty. Seems the tables are always dirty too. Staff seems pretty friendly though. I’d still recommend to others.

I can say we will be returning. Food was delicious. Burger was make with care and we had a neat, delicious burger, and it was in a timely fashion. So happy to have a Freddie’s is York!

Ordered a root beer float, a burger, and chili fries, did not get the fries and was charged almost $20. Tried calling the store twice as I was already home and no answer. Lived in York for 25 years and can say I will be not be returning. Didnt even have the rest of my food on the receipt and had to ask for my float.

No place to park for a pickup with trailer. I parked and started walking to the door when suddenly a little guy came outside and told me I can’t park there. Told me I had to park in a Walmart lot and walk all the way back to Freddy’s. I went to DQ across the street, plenty of parking there for RV’s, trailers, etc.
