I don’t really write reviews like this but an employee was really upsetting I just had to say something. The girl making the drinks was frail, pale, and had dark brown hair with a sparkly headband. She was super rude to her coworkers. I was just waiting for my drink behind the counter and I happen to hear her upset and getting mad at the worker on drive thru. I believe the one on drive thru messed up on something and she was just so rude about it. I understand especially since I used to be a barista that it’s probably really frustrating especially when it’s busy, but I just think her attitude was so uncalled for. She also seemed insincere when handing my drink after she literally screamed my name. And to top it off the drink tasted like the shots died and she left out a few pumps of my pistachio.. As an ex barista it’s really upsetting to witness this.. after working as a barista for several years I’ve always been met with nice coworkers who care for eachother. Other than this encounter this location is great and a lot of the workers are super sweet.

I just found this spot and I’ve already been three times because it’s literally right by my job. I work overnight shifts, so I definitely need that extra boost for my hour-long drive home!
Here’s how I order: I get two shots on top, and yall accidentally always end up getting it blended. I ask for extra caramel, and they give you two zigzags, which I dislike. When I say extra caramel, I mean really extra I’m spending my money, so add all you can! If there’s a charge for the extra caramel, I’m fine paying for it.
Also, please LESS ice, it’s so much that I’m chewing ice chunks.
Take your time making the drink they already have a slow line, so make it with care and love no rushing you’ll make mistakes.
And by the way, the customer service here is top tier, I won’t be back thou.

I ordered a grande shaken espresso. This is the absolute BEST shaken espresso I have ever tasted in my life. The espresso shots are perfect, it’s just the right amount of milk, and the foam… do not get me started. Yum.

This is a great location outside of Fair Oaks Mall. It’s a stand-alone Starbucks building, with plenty of parking and handicap parking spots. There is a drive-thru that can accommodate several cars as it wraps around the building.
For inside, there are several chairs, tables and a large table and smaller tables with wheel chair access.
There are two separate restrooms and are wheel chair accessible.
I ordered a hot Green Tea and breakfast sandwich. My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. They have a few breakfast sandwich options with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese etc. They don’t have muffins or other baked items. It would be nice if they had that option, though. The breakfast sandwich was alright.
The staff was very nice and my order was ready quickly.
This location is adjacent to Rt. 50 and very easy to get to if you’re coming from 50 West.
Definitely recommend. It’s a great Starbucks, especially if you want to meet someone there and sit and talk for a while.

Service here is unfriendly and could use some improvement. There is a young female barista with black hair here who gives off a “fed up” vibe and is not the most friendly, doesn’t greet or smile much. It makes the vibe of the place a bit cold. They have a drive thru that they tend to prioritize more over in person orders. I can tell cause whenever I come here no one greets me or says hello which is not the case at other Starbucks locations nearby. Management definitely needs to improve the service here.

Not once have i left a review for a starbucks,
but this is the first time i ever stopped at this specific starbucks in fairfax. I ordered on the app, but the minute i drove up to the window i wasn’t greeted at all the guy just handed me my coffee i said “thank you” and he said nothing and closed the window mid sentence. I was so shocked because starbucks employees were i normally go are so sweet, i didn’t even realize that my coffee wasn’t even full?? & worst of all it didn’t taste good at all. I am so disappointed. If we spend our money on coffee/food the least that could happen is for orders to be made correctly.

Very nice layout for coffee time, they have a long table to seat with others (like meetings) and space is open and clean. Tables are separated enough to have good conversations and it is not noisy at all. Very good parking lot 🙂

It is a magnificent Starbucks if you have the appropriate transportation. I’m a public transportation person and a walker. It is very difficult to get to the store without having to navigate a large parking lot and a very busy street.

Unfortunately we had a negative experience this Tuesday at this location. The person who packaged our order forgot to package one of our items which we didn’t realize until we were 10 minutes away from the location. We had to turn back which wasted an overall 25 minutes of our day. With the prices you guys are charging making sure the customer gets what he orders and pays for is the least you guys can do.
