I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with two modifications and a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. I gave my girlfriend her Matcha Latte and went home with my refresher.

It wasn’t until I was home that my girlfriend had tried the drink and realized that they had gotten the order wrong.

I drove back to this Starbucks and politely let them know that I had received the wrong drink, which they then offered to remake. When I got to the window, an older lady, maybe 40-50 years old, let me know that the burden of order accuracy was on ME, and that I should’ve checked that my order was right before leaving.

My order was not repeated to me the first time, nor did they have a screen that showed what was in my order. The drink looked identical to what I wanted. This lady was rude and passive aggressive and shouldn’t be dealing with customers if she can’t handle feedback on her or her stores mistakes.

I placed a mobile order for pickup at this location and requested extra foam, but the drink was filled to less than half. When I went to the window to ask about it, the employee (Iv/Ive) was very rude and unprofessional. This place used to have great customer service, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

My first time at Starbucks since the new CEO took over. Service was fast, but when I ordered a bacon, gouda, and egg sandwich, I obtained a patched up nasty patty. I blame the out of touch CEO forcing the poor workers to focus on flashy messages that customers take half a second to glance at instead of on providing quality products.

The space is small and more geared towards drive thru but we knew this going in. It was clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive even after we had a juice spill. Great customer service with friendly waves and smiles bye as we left.

I normally do not leave reviews, but this time it is much needed. Nowadays, it is very hard to find an overall good customer service experience. That was not the case today. Today I started off on the wrong foot and decided that I needed a cup of coffee and was worried because I typically don’t get what I ask for when I order food or there’s always an issue not at this location, but just in general so I was worried when I arrived that my drink was going to be made incorrectly. Upon entering the Starbucks, I was properly approached by a man named Bryan in which he had asked what I would like to order I had then explained to him that I had put in a mobile order and he got straight to work. Not only was he efficient but Brian got me to go back within five minutes of ordering my drink to get another one because the drink was so darn good. I didn’t even notice that I had drinking 80% of my drink before I looked down and noticed that the drink was gone before I knew it. My drink was very specific and met all of the requirements that I needed and never tasted so good. I had then decided it was best for me to just go back and get another drink. When I went back. Brian thing friendly greeted me again and I explained to him that I had never experienced such great customer service And my drink has never tasted so great And I needed another one! So here I am holding my second drink I would like to thank Bryan once again and hope this does some type of brownie points so that he can be recognized for his service!

Only 24 hour Starbucks around and an amazing drive through. Don’t park near the drive through entrance because you’ll be blocked in by cars in line. Bathroom​ is kinda hidden, it’s on the right when you enter and it’s not the door with the keypad.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks on 9/25/25 around 8:20 PM. I ordered ahead and arrived at the store right when the app said my drink was about ready. The store was empty, yet I waited about 15 minutes with no communication from staff.

When I finally asked an employee about my order, she brushed me off and said, “I’m not the one making the drinks.” She didn’t even try to check. I waited another minute, got visibly frustrated, and asked out loud if they were messing with me. Only then did another lady come out and ask if I had an order under my name. The barista made my drink, placed it down without a word, and gave off a visible attitude.

This felt like a control game more than customer service. I was in a rush, that’s why I ordered ahead but instead, I was ignored and treated poorly. I’ve had issues at this location before, but this was blatant neglect and completely unacceptable.

Good atmosphere and well decorated Starbucks has good options for mugs and coffee to buy for home.
Not the best for getting a coffee server are super busy and took much longer to get a coffee.
