I put an online order on my way to base to work a flight. Showed up 15 mins after the fact and my drink was still not ready. This is unacceptable. Mind you, there was nobody in line and the store was nearly empty. Employees there have zero sense of urgency or respect to their customers who are military clientele mostly.

The staff here was very helpful and nice. The more experienced barista was DeWayne who made some great drink suggestions when I asked for advice on which refreshing drink (non-coffe) on the menu should I try. Love love love the frozen strawberry lemonade and the pineapple passion fruit refresher. Thanks again to DeWayne for being the GOAT today.

Another chain but on JB Andrews and inside the Exchange so no drive through. It is also small and at times run out of stock days before restock. Customers service is good even when they are under pressure. Haven’t had a bad drink or treat yet. Definitely worth using if you work on base!

WORSE customer service… consistently! It’s clear whoever is running this Starbucks does not encourage sense of urgency or great customer service!
Despite ordering the same coffee daily from other locations… every time I come here they never make it the same.
Corporate needs to investigate this location. Our Military members deserve better on a base!

Nearly every time I go to this location, they mess up my order. They frequently make drinks iced that aren’t, use the wrong kind of milk, or just completely make the wrong drink. At least every 2 out of 3 times they mess it up. It wouldn’t be so bad if their attitude wasn’t so bad. They get grumpy at me like it’s my fault they messed up the drink, my order is pretty straightforward. Squirt flavor, pour espresso, pour milk. I don’t order anything crazy and yet it’s almost always wrong. It costs too much to constantly have to feel like an inconvenience lol. Stopped going and started going to the hospital, didnt know they were in there!
