Reviews
Service was on point and on time. Great drinks, fresh food. Absolutely loved it. I wish we could spend more time or another day here. Highly recommend it.
Blue Bayou has been on my bucket list for a while, and it absolutely did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, everything was incredible. The views are breathtaking, the food is out of this world, and the whole vibe is exactly what you hope for when visiting Belize.
The DJ was amazing and really set the perfect atmosphere, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I honestly could have stayed there all day just soaking it all in.
Quick tip: When you get to Secret Beach, you’ll first see another restaurant with tables in the wate, that is not Blue Bayou. Keep driving a little further and you’ll see the Blue Bayou sign.
The music was good, it was fun to dance in the water. Trying to eat I found the umbrellas too low so you had to crouch under them while sitting. But the quesadillas are AMAZING! Super stuffed with filling and flavorful, just not my jam for environment
The atmosphere is truly unique and relaxing; we loved the feeling of having dinner right over the water. It’s definitely a vibe you won’t find anywhere else on the island.
For our group of four, we ordered the Seafood Platter, and it was exceptional. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the whole lobster, whole snapper, shrimp, and conch. A perfect taste of Belizean fresh seafood!
The service was top-notch. Our server was incredibly attentive, funny, and provided great recommendations for drinks. The food arrived quickly, which was impressive considering the size of our order.
Highly Recommended Tip: I strongly suggest getting there before sunset to enjoy the colorful views as the restaurant closes shortly after dark. I bet the daytime vibe is also incredible. Do not miss this place during your trip to San Pedro!
Seating was hard to find as it was very busy on a Friday.
Food took over an hour and a half for everyone around us to get.
All of us had food, drinks, and bottled water and the total bill was $300 USD. That included lobster and other seafood, tacos, and lots of other food.
It’s definitely worth going. The food was good, and watching the fish swimming around you while you eat is a unique experience.
Highly recommend.
