Went through the drive thru at around 8 this morning to order a banana cream cold brew, which I’ve ordered at other locations, but it appears it’s a “secret menu” item (I had no idea) . The nice people here did their best to accommodate me and did a great job with improvising a solution. They were so friendly and helpful even though the order was confusing, and the messages on the cups were so sweet! Thank you so much and huge kudos.

I was having a rough go of things. I was waiting for a friend to come get me after I had a break down the night before. I was a customer but I was a tearful one and they were so kind. They didn’t intrude but didn’t make me feel welcome either.

I always order on the app and it’s always ready when I get there and made just the way I ordered it. Staff have always been friendly. Yesterday I had the strawberry chocolate Frappuccino and let me say it tasted just like a Chocolate covered strawberry. It was so good. I definitely recommend getting this.

Cute little Starbucks located in an easy to find place. Surrounded by some nice places including a Dayspa, a salon, a ceramics glaze diy store, Chinese and sub shop. Nice outdoor area with chairs and tables with umbrellas.
The service was good, the products are always good, the people are always super friendly and the store is always clean. It’s a great spot to meet friends or to chill on your own.
My only gripe is that the flower beds need some touching up.

The guy fussed at us for not waiting a bit before picking up our order. We were traveling and ordering going down the road. I just thought it was rude. We didn’t mind to wait, but he seemed annoyed by it.

Swung by on a road trip and was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, despite the fact that it was very busy. They were efficient but clearly enjoyed their work, and I was sad to leave! Definitely a great experience.

Absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I am (or was because I sadly moved away from this location) a very frequent customer, nearly daily when I lived here. I always got the same drink, unless I was feeling adventurous some days.
The staff knew me to the point where they would say hi as I pulled into the drive through and let me know they already have my order ready for me. I’m in a wheelchair, so drive thru was usually my selection, but occasionally I wanted to go inside. If any of the baristas saw me coming, they would quickly run over to hold the door for me. That type of kindness is what this world needs.
My drink is usually the exact same daily and always made with care and accuracy.
This location was the only reason I was sad to leave Williamsport area, but if I’m ever in town — I will always stop here!
If any of the baristas are reading this review, you all are awesome — keep doing what you’re doing and don’t stop being the sweet souls you are.
