The sub I ordered was incredibly fresh and delicious, food was quick, and the staff was friendly, making the experience even better. Little girl with piercings all around her mouth was absolutely rude. I ask who the manager was and his name is Nathan. When we walked in and ordered the mean girl stated after taking our order that they close in 30 min. We then responded okay we didnt know. You can make ours to go no problem. She then continued to be rude and while checking us out. I ask her to please verify that Blue cheese would not be on my sub and replaced with Ranch dressing. At that she responded I wrote your order down. I then replied I understand but I would like to clarify that before I drive home and it’s Blue Cheese. She then walks over to the very nice cook and yells sarcastically in front of everyone. This lady wants to make sure you put Ranch and not Blue Cheese she doesn’t believe you can read. That was very uncalled for. Then she proceeds to ask us did we see the store hours in the door. We didnt look because they were open and still remaining open for 30 min after we walked. Recommendation if she hates her job so much, do her and your customers a favor and fire her!!!!! I would hate to know I had someone treating my customers like she did

First visit! The food was fresh, customer service average, and the atmosphere felt good. The workers keep counters and grill wiped off/clean. That was appreciated. I will visit soon.

Came in to order my usual #13 and all was well until I got to the part where my sandwich gets assembled. The young lady just stood there, didn’t say anything just holding my bread with an attitude. I waited for her to ask me how I wanted my sandwich but that never happen. I proceeded to the register to put my number in for my points and she was still just standing there holding the bread. The guy at the register told me I had to tell her how I wanted my sandwich which has never happen before. I told her how I wanted my sandwich and she rolled her eyes and made my sandwich. I asked the guy at the register was she having a bad day? Nevertheless I didn’t deserve the service I relieved. Don’t know her name but she had piercings in her lip and nose. DO BETTER!!!
