Me and my wife come to this Starbucks every day, and one of the main reasons We keep coming back is the staff. Hailey specifically is almost always my cashier and barista, and she makes every visit a positive one. Hailey is super sweet, always has a great attitude, and her energy really enhances the experience. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. As a daily regular, I can honestly say she helps make my mornings brighter. Big appreciation to her and the team here!

Came up to Fort Drum for some training, had to bring my squad here to start our day.
Drinks on point, food on par, no concerns.
Only issue is you can’t earn point here. No biggie anyway, as long as I can enjoy a nice ice Venti.

I have always had a great experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are so nice and if they don’t have the drink I’m wanting, they really try to find a substitute that will taste just as good. I’ve been happy with the food as well (I typically get the bacon gouda sandwich or a pumpkin bread). They have great attitudes even when things are busy and my food/drinks taste delicious!

I used to love this Starbucks, but now it’s a hit or a miss. Drinks are more often made incorrectly than correct. The customer service isn’t that great either. I don’t care about long waits, and I understand being out of products due to supply chain issues. However, it’s just quickly going down hill both in quality and customer service.
The only upside is Ruby makes a mean white mocha.

Every time I come here the girls are so sweet and courteous. I’m extremely picky about my coffee but every time I come here it’s always on point.
