I ordered a Banana bread matcha and half my matcha was just cold foam barely any matcha and the cold foam tasted more like vanilla then banana, went back in for a new one and the lady had an attitude about it and made another one the same exact way and actually worse than the last one! For a $7.20 matcha I expect more since I’m always at Starbucks and never had issues with this drink before

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Justin at Starbucks store #11642, and I can confidently say he is the definition of outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Justin greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, paying attention to every detail and ensuring everything was made just the way I liked it.

What really stood out was his exceptional attitude and care for customers. Even during a busy rush, Justin treated every person with patience, positivity, and kindness. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and takes pride in making each guest’s experience a great one. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated, attentive, and sincere — he turned an ordinary coffee run into a genuinely enjoyable experience.

After spending all day in nearby Alstede farm, this nearby Starbucks was a much needed refreshment to get some decent cool AC air, proper restroom and properly priced drinks. This is a big store with lots of nice sitting area, multiple all gender bathrooms and drive thru.

They have all the popular drinks and bakery items in the menu. I ordered the chocolate chip Frappuccino that was perfectly made. Huge chucks of chocolate chips and delightful whip cream with syrup on top. Drinks were made pretty quickly There were several baristas behind the counter. All were friendly.

**UPDATE DECEMBER 2024**
This location has decided to place a small tray of straws and sweeteners next to the mobile order area so customers can take what they need without asking for help. THANK YOU! I have upgraded my review and will do so again if this sticks around!

Put the condiments/straws back on the counter so customers especially mobile orders can take what they need without waiting to interrupt the busy barista for a straw or hot sauce defeating the entire purpose of a mobile order. Additionally in NJ if you have biodegradable straws (which Starbucks does) you can leave them out without requiring customers to “ask for them” like plastic.

I tried to contact the company directly and leave this feedback but unfortunately the website is an endless loop of “contact us click here go nowhere” hopefully someone sees this here and makes a change.

DO NOT GO HERE! KEVIN HAS ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY! ! I’d give this 0 stars if it let me. I waited in line for 30 minutes and the speaker wasn’t working so when I pulled up he REFUSED to make a drink for me and he told me I had to come in or wait in line again and I said I couldn’t, that my child was sleeping in the car. He did not care and he refused. He was just so nasty. I’m never going back here again.

I ordered a simple medium drink through the drive though. I used a gift card to pay and the man at the window scanned it only to give me the wrong order. Fine, mistakes happen. But the issue is he didn’t refund me for what I paid for that wasn’t mine and still made me pay for mine, at which point there wasn’t enough on the gift card to cover it so I had to pay for mine regardless even though I had a gift card. There was $25 on it and I ordered a $5 drink but wasted the whole gift card because they had me pay for something that wasn’t mine. They gave no apology and no way to resolve the issue. Very irritating and unprofessional that completely turned me off from ever going back to that location.
