Used to visit this location on the regular when we lived a few blocks away. It was a busy night but everyone was courteous and the food was good. The outside of the store could use a little love and attention but overall a good location.

Super frustrating to be told one thing and then have the manager blow me off. Poor quality and even worse service don’t bother with this location.”

Honestly, this location is hit or miss. They either make it great or absolutely horrible. More often than not it’ll be horrible and tonight was the last straw. Ordered two XL New York style pizzas and asked for extra sauce on both. Not only did my order just sit there for 45 minutes, when it arrived to me cold it wasn’t even cut and it had zero sauce. As if they purposefully put no sauce on it just to spite me.
I didn’t even have to say anything either, immediately I was sent an email with 50% off my next order as if they knew they did wrong and was hoping to prevent a complaint. Absolutely ridiculous and I’m over it. Never ordering here again.

Had the NY slice and pepperoni and cheese epic crust. Nothing to rave about. Pizza was just okay. I was expecting a real NY slice and was disappointed. Service was fine though. Just use the app to track when your pizza will be ready to avoid a wait.

This place is three blocks from my house and I do enjoy going there and have for the past 10 years. This is the third time in a row where my pizza has not been cut you can’t enjoy a meat eaters or a supreme style pizza when you can’t pull the slices apart I just had my entire plate dumped over on me as I tried to pull two pieces of pizza apart again this experience was zero out of five stars I might be a good long while before I eat here again
