Another Starbucks branch with indoor and outdoor tables. It offers a good place to drink your favorite drinks and do some jobs or meetings. There is a limited number of tables inside and they need to take more care about the cleanliness of the tables and chairs but it is convenient overall.

This is hands down my favorite location in the area. It’s the only one I go to. The staff are always so warm,inviting helpful and polite. Literally such a great vibe that I usual just dine in. The service is always excellent and every drink is always made with such love and so yummy. Clean,spacious and worth the drive.I highly recommend this location 🙂

While I usually love the energy in this place, I had a bad experience this morning with a barista today. I had ordered a venti iced cherry chai latte through the app, and when I arrived to pick up my drink, it was missing the cherry foam and the cherry topping.

I first let her know that the drink was incorrect and that it was missing the cherry toppings. When I told her, she told me she would dump some of the chai latte to add the toppings. Because of her tone and her looking annoyed, I didn’t let her know that this would ruin the espresso shot portion that had already been mixed in with the oat milk and the chai. Anyway, she proceeds then comes back and the drink is still missing the cherry sprinkles. And AGAIN, I had to speak up and let her know that the drink is missing the cherry toppings. I had to let her know, “hey, sorry if I’m being an annoying customer to you, but the cherry sprinkles are my favorite.”

This is like the worst experience. It’s an expensive coffee and I paid an extra $4, including my reward points for the drink toppings. While I get that you’re busy, this was YOUR mess up, not mine. I shouldn’t have to be apologizing, you’re the one that needs to take accountability for your mess up. Her interaction made me feel really shameful and guilty speaking up for a drink that I paid for and it pretty much ruined my morning energy.

Drinks used to be so good but recently in the morning everytime I’ve gotten the strawberry açaí has been bad, not sure about other drinks. Shouldn’t have to pay $7 for a bad drink regularly.

I just can’t justify spending the $ to continue buying from this location anymore. Last 3/4 times my food wasn’t available after I had ordered it through the app, no problem I’ll get something else – but nobody tells you that when you show up, or as you stand there for 20 minutes while people come and go. Everyone is siloed into their individual task area so nobody knows what the “other hand” is doing – nobody verifying all of the items are done for an order and ensuring it’s complete. Get your shit together – embarrassing that you feel comfortable charging $7 for a coffee and $5 for a pastry. Just drive up to Eatontown, at least they have a drive thru so you know when you’re up.
