Rude. The staff was so incredibly rude. I’ve never even written a review before that’s how rude they were. We arrived on time to pick up our mobile order and the woman at the menu told us the mobile order was just placed a moment ago so we were going to have to wait. Even though the app had said 11:11 was the time to pick up and we were there at exactly 11:11. When we said this she cut me off MID sentence to almost yell and say that’s because they pulled the ticket not because we were here on time and that we needed to get out of line go around and get BACK in line (?) mind you there were other cars in front of us but no one behind us. And then when we went all the way around, pointlessly, we got to the front and our drinks were messed up. The cold foam had dropped to the bottom of the drink like they had just been sitting there and had already been made long before we were there. Terrible experience.

So terrible. This actually is a first going into a coffee shop in the coffee machine is broke hahahah. They kept apologizing but I should be thanking them it’s a laugh it’s a joke it’s enjoyable to laugh at huge corporations that shaft people out of large amount of money and then they are totally inept at their real purported goal which is producing a product people can drink.
Please if I ever go in Starbucks again in my life remind me that I wrote this I will do everything in my power to avoid this terrible establishment across America and if they have any outside the United States avoid those places too.

I’m really surprised by all the negative reviews here. I always have quite good experience here. The staffs here are friendly, and the speed of service is acceptable. Maybe it’s because I always come on weekday evening, when there’s little traffic.

This location is way too slow. Often need to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order of just hot coffee and it is even worse if you’re ordering food. They need more staff or more efficient staff who know how to keep up with the pace.

Horrible service! It seems like every time I go into this Starbucks location, I just have the worse luck. One day, they make me wait 22 minutes for my coffee, on another day, I wait over 10 minutes and they give me an iced coffee when I asked for a cold brew coffee (they don’t even tell you they’re out of cold brew) and I still got charged the cold brew price, on another day, I’m up next on a super long line and the girl behind the counter literally decides to have a conversation about her ex with the girl next to her, while I’m waiting minutes (right in front of her) to be helped. On another day, I buy a hot coffee and the lid was not put on tightly and I spilled it. It’s a comedy at this point. Bad management + Bad training = Bad service!
