Best place in town to get beer. Only place to get a non-alcoholic beer too. Good wine, pretty welcoming place. My husband & father in law really love their cigars too! It’s not big & flashy, just a down home kinda place that locals love, but not in a trashy way that’s not welcoming to out-of-towners. Very friendly folks!

It is important that you know this establishment sells tobacco products, and they are known for a very solid, compact selection of fine, affordable, cigars. This is also one of the few places in town where you can enjoy their available tobacco products on premise. So if you enjoy a good cigar, this is the place for you ! Also, not to be overlooked, they carry a wonderful selection of local craft and imported beers from all over the world. Being a local, I most enjoy the rotating 5-7 draft selections they keep on tap, plus they will gladly offer a tasting glassful prior to any beer selection. The owner is as knowledgeable of all of his products as any I have ever encountered, and will gladly give you a friendly, detailed history on any of them should you ask. He also offers a small, but exclusive sampling of wines, available by the glass or bottle. His wine knowledge is on par with his tobacco and beers portfolio as well. So if you are in town for a performance at the local Opera House, or having a night’s layover on your way to other destinations, the Lancero is a great place to lay back and unwind for at least a couple of hours.
