Cashier looked beyond miserable and annoyed just to take our order. Informed us that we can’t use our birthday drink cause they’re not a licensed Starbucks, that’s fine. Associate on the cold bar had her phone out texting literally mid drink making. And pretty poor standards here overall. Had a couple long shots the night before that were terrible, but the Soy Latte was good.

I came to this Starbucks yesterday late morning for a quick refresher and was completely disgusted by what I witnessed. While making my drink, the employee sneezed directly over my cup — didn’t turn her head, didn’t cover her mouth, nothing. She then continued to make the drink as if nothing happened and would’ve served it to me if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes.
That’s completely unacceptable, especially when you’re handling food and beverages. There was zero hygiene or professionalism, and it honestly made me sick to my stomach. I went to the manager and told her what I saw. The manager then made my cup in the same area her barista sneezed in without sanitizing the area. Management seriously needs to retrain their staff on basic sanitation and customer respect.

Dirty and rude. I was trying to get an iced water, waiting in line at 6:13pm. There were no customers at that time and there were four staff working. One was refilling the drinks outside the counter, and the rest were behind the counter cleaning or organizing. I was waiting for 10 minutes and there was no line behind me and they were not busy at all. The blonde girl that was refilling the refrigerated drinks glanced at me multiple times but didn’t say anything to the staff that I was trying to order. She looked at me and went back to organizing. Do these teenagers not have decent courtesy now? It doesn’t take that long to take one person’s order. The lady that took my order didn’t wash her hands either after cleaning a machine. There were smudged brown stains on the outside of my cup.

DON’T ORDER HERE. I’m very disappointed in this starbucks. The lady that took our order was very annoyed. They also wanted to charge us extra for scoops, which whenever we ordered in the past, we didn’t have to. The way they made drinks was bad, and it seemed that they didn’t measure and were just eyeball it. I never had a bad experience with starbucks before until coming here.

They serve a wide variety of drinks and food; from snacks, pastries, juices, teas, frappuccinos, lattes, espresso, whole beans, etc.
This one is located in the Mohegan Sun. It was clean and customer service was good. Since it’s autumn, I had to get a pumpkin spice latte. That latte was made perfectly. I recommend using the app if you go often, to get points and discounts. Overall, this experience alone warrants 5 stars.

Service is far from superb. Employee at the front counter rolled his eyes when we were taking too long to order. Barista had a nasty attitude. She argued and refused to add the extra oatmilk despite that we had paid extra for it.

Patient and very nice baristas who made quality drinks, but the cashier situation needs better training. There was a a real lack of knowledge about their products and anything off-menu or short hand for drink types. Felt like I was overcharged but can’t confirm that. Not your typical Starbucks experience.
