It’s something extremely small, even doesn’t reach your stomach. Not tasty at all, something juicy inside. Is it a joke, DUNKIN?

I ordered a chicken sandwich at Dunkin and waited… and waited… and waited.
Then someone finally came out, and when I was expecting to eat (I was very hungry), they told me they were out of chicken.
This was before noon, so it’s very unlikely they ran out due to a high number of orders.

The receipt shows the cashier as BHAVESHA. I had a very disappointing visit to this Dunkin. I saw flies and spiders inside the donut display, which was extremely unhygienic. When I looked at the employee, she only gave a fake smile, making the situation worse. I ordered latte, a cup of water later realized I was charged $1 for water, yet she still handed me a small cup instead of a large and the whole interaction with her honestly felt extremely greedy and unfair. Because of this experience, I would never visit this unhygienic, greedy location again.

Rosario needs an attitude adjustment immediately. She provided the worst customer service in Dunkin Donuts history. Wearing headphones and ignoring customers is why people like her need disciplinary action. Rosario needs to do better.

Got a new SMALL blended coffee. On the menu it read $4.05 when looking at my receipt I was charged $6.29. More than their large coffees blended coffees or other large coffees. I brought this up and after some back and forth with a guy (18-22), whom was by himself. I wanted a refund and no offer. He told me to get screwed. I called in next day to complain and got an “I’m sorry” from a nice young woman. Can I get this explained? It’s not really about the money but I’d like the offense back to be shown the principle. Treat people with kind service, and charge based upon your menu or specify BEFORE purchase. Especially if the customer brings it up before. Guy probably had a bad day but that shouldn’t have been my problem. Male working by himself around 7:33pm 6/25/2025

This Dunkin Donuts is located inside Walmart on the right hand side when you walk in. I got a cup of coffee here and it wasn’t as terrible as I was anticipating, in fact it was pretty good… for only $2! The clerks are friendly and the line goes quick.

I made my way in my Super-Comnute to a job site in Windsor, CA. I appreciate the fact in enough foresight to arrive early so that I can take a breakfast break. This Dunkin is located inside the Walmart location. The staff at the front counter with a smile and how you do?? I appreciate the kind customer service.
I ordered the main breakfast item off the menu, the Egg, Ham & Cheese Muffin Sandwhich and a Strawberry Glazed Donut. I inquired about a Military/Veterans Discount and I am grateful that this site does honor present and past Military members. I appreciate that also.
On with the food review…. The sandwhich is the run of the mill type as McD’s, but the Muffin was lightly toasted and maybe too soft for my particular liking. Next time I will ask for the double toasted to ensure the Muffin can do a proper job and have a little more strength. Although, the sandwhich held together, perhaps from my experience to know how to handle each bite.
I give this Dunkin location a 5 Star rating. Thank you for taking care of Military and former Military and friendly customer service.
