This location is the most consistent Starbucks I have ever been to. And I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world. To add to the consistency you have wonderful people like Ryan, Nate, Reese, Jessica. These people are all very detailed oriented and it’s wonderful when they recognize someone who consistently comes there. I have ordered coffee from across town and it was bad and came to that location and they made it right. It’s very consistent my favorite peeps in service

I just bought a venti latte and when I opened the cover to let it cool, there was a 1.5 inch gap between the top of my cup and the liquid. You have got to be kidding me. What a rip off. I literally checked it before pulling out at the light at the end of the parking lot. These big companies are robbing us all blind.
On top of that, nearly everytime I go to pay here the entitled staff points out that the system is going to ask me a question (that is their entitled way of shaming you into giving a tip). I have tipped every single time and not once, not once have they said thank you.
That is the very last time I go here. I am so incredibly furious that my Venti was filled to a grande amount. The generation working there are the single most entitled, disrespectful I have ever seen.

First off, don’t park in the parking lot because you will be stuck when the drive thru gets busy. Don’t my say that I didn’t warn you. I live right by here and know plenty of people who have been stuck for over 25 minutes waiting for the drive thru ti clear out.
The staff at this specific Starbucks always makes sure to point out the tip option on the pay machine, trying to pressure you into tipping (they do not deserve tips). The food is awful. The egg sandwich bread is always chewy and hard as though it microwaved too long. The drinks are only 75% full and are extremely inconsistent between visits. The staff is not nice nor helpful, I would say rude and entitled from my experience here. They almost never have the food items on the menu. I have literally been there 15 minutes after opening on multiple occasions and they will still say “let me check to see if we have that for you” then like 3 mins later “I am sorry we just ran out”. How they can run out in 15 mins is beyond me.
This Starbucks shows exactly what is wrong with America today; overpriced terrible food served by rude, apathetic staff. The rudeness of the drive through window staff is the worst. It is really frustrating when someone asks for a tip while at the same time taking down to you. There is a much better Starbucks near Walmart and I do try to go there when I have time but this one is just on my commute.

have had awful awful drinks here. the staff are nice and write on your cup, however i would much rather have an at least decent drink..
picture is from my $6.43 “iced matcha latte”. it looks like an extremely milky shamrock shake and all it tastes of is steamed milk. absolutely ridiculous and what a waste of money! i really cant believe i just spent $7 on 24 ounces of tainted milk.. and $1 for an extra scoop of matcha is atrocious

Refused to make a London Fog for me in the drive thru (because it would take too long?) despite me being able to order it at other locations with no issue. There was no one behind me and I was the only person in line. So so odd and do not plan on coming back

Ordered a venti capp-possibly the easiest drink on the menu. The drink was only half filled-even with foam. I went back in to show staff-they remade it. This time it was full but instead of steamed foam it was a melty/watery mess. Staff asked what was wrong I explained to them that the foam was wrong and looked like melted whipped cream instead of foam. I told them it was fine I didn’t need a third drink I was just happy it was full. Other customers were staring at me like I was some Karen-but all I wanted was my simple drink as ordered

I’m from out of town ( toronro Canada) just passing through town. I went into this location for the first time. I ordered a cold brew . The staff was amazing. Very friendly and absolutely fantastic customer service. 5 stars all around.
